It near with KTCC. Plenty of restaurants nearby within walking distance. Room is spacious and the staff is efficient in handling registration process. Limited parking spaces are available in the basement.

Room is spacious nearby shopping mall, eateries and beach. Parking is provided at basement.

It looks local accommodation and not clean room. The ants going a lot on the bed and washer room so far… The towels and ****s looks not clean… But we could find kindness staff and engineer when air conditioner in the room does not work.

The location is good. lots of walking distance attractions around.

Location is great but the hotel is a bit outdated. The room comes with basic amenities like bar soap, shower gel and shampoo. No tooth brush, pen and paper. The room however is clean and big. The breakfast selection is great with a variety of food to choose from but limited seating area especially on peak times. On the brighter side, the location is excellent where there is a KTCC mall walking distance from the hotel. You can also walk to the beach to enjoy beautiful evening and there are a lot of eateries nearby.

The hotel is a bit old, but well maintained. With the price they charge, I more likely to stay here again. Btw, the hotel exactly beside Singgangbudu restaurant.

everything is great. the staff are really polite. breakfast is good.room is clean and well furnished. great location.

We had a pleasant stay here. Couldn’t ask for more. Location is strategic with the view of Terengganu Drawbridge. Awesome!

i had a great experience during my stay there. The rooms are very classy with all the facilities to fulfil our needs. The food served there is very delicious.

Near with Singgang Budu Restaurant and Kuala Terengganu Drawbridge.

Strategic location, Room is clean and cozy, nevertheless, staff are not that friendly. Need more PR n communication skills to deal with customers.. but still, nice hotel to stay..
