I requested king/queen bed but they give 2 single bed. Room is okay. However the entrance of my room near to housekeeping items that not covered properly. It’s very uncomfortable. Hotel should improve by covered the area. Overall is ok

Pros: 1. Location, everything is nearby 2. Smart TV with various choices of movies Cons: 1. Moldy bathroom ceiling 2. Car park always full since public parking 3. Smelly towels

Good location and beside shop have cafe. But very limited car parking.

I got room at level 5. The lift only up to 4th floor. The room size just ok la. The ktcc mall is just behind. Walking distance to go to beach. Very dusty under the bed. No toothbrush provided. Have restaurant just below the hotel. Limited parking space and need to be pay.

Location is good. Walking distance to the beach and KTCC mall. Parking is first come first serve. Didn't get the room with window.

No Parking lot/space for vehicle (Car). The rest are good and great place to stayed.

Best hotel in town at Kuala Terengganu. This hotel have restaurant.

Hi. So far I stayed in this hotel, the service was good, the room is clean, near to the shopping centre, easy to get food, easy to access to anywhere since it’s in the middle of the town area, the staff are friendly and nice … i would recommend everyone to book this hotel 😁👍🏻

Located at centre, easy access to anywhere

I was in KT for 2 days 1 night and stayed in this hotel, from the ads mostly found online shown a pretty decent hotel and as accordingly to the name itself. I had a terrible time checking in to the hotel due to :- i) the parking was a nightmare and super hassle , there was a restaurant located on the ground floor and the customers' vehicle swarmed to whole area thus making parking such a hassle after some tiring drive all the way from KL, waited nearly 45 minutes just to get a car park space and it was not even a proper one. but due to the needs of offloading my luggage, i parked and took the risk before moving to another and again waited for nearly 30 minutes for someone to get out from a space. ii) the reception was located on the upper floor (cant exactly remember which floor , it was either 2nd or 3rd? cant recall and it was another challenge to check in with all the luggage, super small lift and was told i need to prepare on paying for the parking tomorrow morning. iii) the hotel were having renovation and it was pretty chaotic and unorganized with lots of noises. the room was not even to a standard to be referred to the hotel's name (Premium) It was very small, and not that comfortable. I would not considered this Hotel in future and i can assure that it would be the first and my last at any costs.
