Valoraciones de Hotel Trillium

This is the worst hotel I have ever experienced abroad. The Trip app has already collected a travel tax, and the hotel front desk staff have charged an additional 10RM in travel tax, which is equivalent to charging twice. After giving feedback to the front desk staff, the reply I received was to keep waiting, suspecting that it was intentional on their part. The accommodation environment is rather ordinary and the sound insulation is poor. Tourists who see this should choose this hotel carefully. 这是我在境外体验过最差的酒店，Trip app已经收取了旅游税，酒店前台工作人员另外收取了10RM的旅游税，相当于收取了两次费用。跟前台工作人员反馈以后，等到的回复是继续等待，怀疑是他们故意的。 住宿环境相当一般，且隔音效果差，看到的游客慎重选择这间酒店。

it a good stay the location nad sthe staff service a great but the cleanliness and the amenities can be improve more its so lack but with the price offer its good.

The room is dark, the noice cancelation is bad, I can hear the talking from other room and outside. Walking distance to MRT is about 15 minutes. Nearby a lot of mamak stall

The hotel corridors and elevator are not well lit which is scary at night. Corridor had a leaking cieling. Room was just okay for one night and bring your own water. Very close to the TBS so convenient for an early bus.

The Room is super not nice and tidy. In fact, The Facilities given not nice, Broken and damaged. Not recommend to people if you want stay more than 1 day.

If you’re just looking for a cheap place to sleep and you don’t care hygiene or comfort at all, then this hotel might suit you.

The staffs are friendly and accommodating. The rooms are also okay. The location is just a little bit far from the center.

the room air conditioner not cold..the tv remote not functioning...the water heater not functioning..i suppose to give all bad..but because of the counter staff is polite..i give this

Great experience in this hotel. The staffs were all friendly. The room was very clean. The air conditioner also worked well. However I think the distance between elevator to my room quite far and confusing. Me, as a female solo traveler felt quite scared to walk through the aisle at night😂. Nevertheless, besides that, everything was good.

Soundproofing very bad

The price has increased slightly albeit there are other hotels with better location (closer to MRT Station). However, the conditions do not increased/upgraded.
