El servicio y la seguridad eran pésimos, y el personal era maleducado, especialmente una mujer china.

Not a good place for rest, noisy and definitely you cannot rest well. I skip this place lol 😂

It's a nice hotel. big room, there are a lot of amenities nearby including LRT station. Location is good. Service is good

Poorna hotel is a good place for stay in Kuala Lumpur, Capital city of Malaysia with Cheap price but good quality.

Family rooms are big 😄 clean , their bed bit hard otherwise breakfast meehoon very delicious and staff are friendly ❤️

I booked here thinking the location between Batu Caves and downtown Kuala Lumpur would allow me more time to see things. It turned out the location wasn’t helpful. My room was large so it had possibilities but unfortunately they were left unfulfilled. I asked for toilet tissue when departing and not returning for hours and none was provided. The tiny room refrigerator did not work at all. It was unplugged and had a difficult reach to plug in so I moved to a known outlet that worked fine for the hot water pot, it still didn’t work. The worst was the traffic noise directly below the third floor. It might be better with a room away from the street. The second floor restaurant was at the end of being remodeled. I was told I was the first guest to use it when I arrived so the choices were far more limited than the menu. This place has room for improvement and needs it, but it seems some steps have been taken in the right direction (restaurant), service needs improved as well as replacing nonfunctional amenities.

Really their behavior very bad. Hopefully they will helpful next time.

Hope they can improve their water usage and cleanliness!

The nearest parking space is very hard to find especially during check in time. The room size and features are very sasifying. worthit for the spend
