Cheap service! Got two small bottles of water only, with 4 tiny shampoo bottles.
The place is clean and in a good location, but the service quality is not high as the price.

我們在這個酒店訂了一共兩晚，早餐八點多出門，晚上五點回的酒店。我們的手錶是放在酒店裡麪的，由於相信當地畢竟是國際大城市也沒有過多考慮，但是我們在回到酒店的時候就已經找不到手錶了。唯一進入過房間的衹有酒店打掃人員。我們後面找酒店管家，管家也一直拖時間，袒護員工，並且酒店作為當地人員 是知道報警需要當事人去到警察局 但是他和我們説的是幫我們報警 下午五點半發生的事情 一直到晚上九點通知我們需要自己去 警察局報案 一直拖延我們的時間 到了警察局警察説為什麼不早一點過來 才反應過來酒店在拖延時間。聯繫當地警方也是一直讓我們等待消息。

A big wow to this hotel. My fiance and I loved it so much. From the lobby all the staff are very nice and helpful. They let us leave our things at the lobby since we arrive early can’tcheck in yet. The lobby looks luxurious every corner looks great. The room is very spacious, neat and clean. The pool at 51st floor is fantastic. We really love the place.

The hotel is nice ,clean and luxurious. Swimming pool is the best . Book with city view be careful for that and book with breakfast, at the reception they told me that breakfast is 80MYR but the staff on the door of the breakfast area took from me 90 per person 🤣 . Rooms very clean . New . But swimming pool water was not that clean , even ot has the best view in the city . Download GRAB app for food ordering and taxi , you can pay cash upon receiving. The elevator of the hotel is always busy sometimes need to wait 5 Minutes so it arrives to your floor if you are in high level floors . General idea the hotel is very good and staff are lovely especially at the front desk. Platinum 2 by holma. Remember the name .

Very convenient location, rooms and toilets are big for families and well maintained. They created WhatsApp group for each customer and it is very responsive, this is very convenient for guest to provide feedback or request for some information/items. The carpark bit confusing, need a bit of time to figure out, but overall quite ok. Had a pleasant time with this hotel.
