This is a small hotel with I think about 6 rooms. There is a range of rooms from larger family ones to nice sized couple ones like the one I stayed in with my girlfriend. The room has a large bed with a small kitchenette with appropriate kitchen ware. There is a toilet with a shower, which maybe needs a shower curtain. A good sized balcony with a table and a nice view. There is a good amount of storage, an iron and a hairdryer. There aren't any complimentary soaps or things like that (apart from handsoap) so I would recommend bringing some as the shops in Ksamil are lacking a bit and a bit expensive when it comes to soaps shampoo etc. The owners are lovely and helpful but their English isn't the best, but it is enough to get by. If you want new bedding or towels or toilet bin emptied then you need to ask. Vila Genci is only about a 5 minute walk from the main town/strip so very well located. Although the government could put a bit of money into pavements lighting to make the walk feel a bit safer. Overall very worth it and would recommend and come here again.
