El hotel está bien almacenado con vodka polaca y en general nos hemos disfrutado de un buen tiempo y sería muy agradable quedarse allí otra vez.

We arrived very early in Krakow & were able to leave our bags 1st thing in the morning to go & explore. Location very close to old town & a comfortable 5/10 mins walk. Our 1st night was not great due to other guests making a lot of noise. We mentioned this in the morning & were lucky enough to be moved to a different room which was perfect 😊the breakfast was lovely & varied & I was over the moon to have a Greek salad one morning! It maybe a good idea to label a couple of the dishes that are not familiar to the British, as I like to try different foods but came unstuck with one of the items which was very fishy! Maybe my own fault for trying 🙃

One of the worst hotels. The rooms are so warm and they are set to a temprature so individual rooms cant be changed. The rooms are set to 26 degrees, which is far too warm. When i asked the receptionist if the temp could be turned down they said not until next spring. The only advice was to open the windows. If you do open the windows its extremely noisy. There is a ten lane road outside of the window, including a team like that runs through the night. Beds are rock hard and extremely uncomfortable. Stayed two nights and got less than maybe twenty minutes sleep. On the second night the receptionist was fast asleep on the desk amd it took me about two hours to get his attention. When i asked if it was possible to maybe move to a room overlooking the carpark so theres be less traffic noise to open the window he was very dismissive and said they had our money and not his fault. In the end i just had to stay up all night and went and sat in the lobby.

No dejaré ningún comentario negativo, pero la alegría de estas personas está en el nivel, así que probablemente compartiré.Vivimos 4 días en este hotel, en general todo es bueno, buenas habitaciones, una habitación común con PC. Estas personas confundieron algo con el minibar y cuando salí y se apresuró y dije, crearon un gran problema y me pusieron un control de lo que no comí, vino a lo que estaba gritando al gerente, El hotel de la ciudad de San Francisco ha sido un hotel de 2 estrellas con un centro de atención al cliente.

A good sized and well located hotel, it’s just a short stroll from the main train station and a few minutes’ walk to the old town. Décor wise it feels quite dated, both in the reception area and the rooms, but everything was clean, tidy and in full working order. The room was just about an adequate size, we had requested a twin which came with one double bed and one single, and there was little or no room to the side of each bed with one being up against the wall and one against the windows. Two singles would have worked a little better perhaps. There was also a small sofa and a small round table. The beds were very comfy and our room was facing on to the internal courtyard so no noise from outside at all, although being adjacent to the lift we did get a bit of noise from that, but nothing too intrusive. The temperature in both the room and the rest of the hotel was far too warm, quite hot in fact. There was an air conditioning unit in the room, but using energy to both heat the room and then cool it seems ridiculous. The shower was on the small side, but hot and powerful. Other facilities included tea/coffee making facilities, complimentary bottles of water, TV and a safe. Breakfast was a help yourself buffet affair, with the only hot options being a frankfurter style sausage and scrambled egg. There was a good cold spread though, with meats, cheeses, tomato & mozzarella, hard boiled eggs and a few mixed up concoctions – presumably the Polish equivalents of coleslaw and potato salad, but whatever they were, they were quite pleasant, and also some cereals. What was very much lacking was any prepared fruit (just a few whole apples), yoghurts (none at all) and pastries (just bread and rolls). Overall, I thought this was a pretty good hotel given the price, it’s a very good location, staff were friendly enough and I’d have no problem with recommending it if you’re on a tight budget.

No podía encontrar un mejor lugar para mi grupo. Nuestro viaje comenzó a partir de la fiesta de medianoche /fabulous . Hotel Lavender como nombre sugiere que tenía un toque de estilo de lavender, a sólo 10 minutos a pie de la plaza de mercado de Krakow, delicioso desayuno. El hotel está muy bien situado y está muy cerca de la ciudad. El desayuno fue servido con un sonrisa por un hombre muy amable 😁 Estamos despejados de Paulina que junto al resto del personal fue muy amable. Mi grupo y yo no podíamos agradecerte lo suficiente. ¡Estaremos de vuelta!

Mi hijo y yo mismo estuvimos en un apartamento en el tercer piso, era un apartamento de estudio con un piso de mezzanina que tenía una cama allí arriba. La habitación era muy agradable y muy limpia, y también en una gran ubicación para la estación de tren y la plaza. La única culpa que tuvimos y no fue culpa de los propietarios de los apartamentos, pero a las 3 p.m. el domingo por la noche podíamos oír una fiesta de hombres entrando, eran tan ruidosos hasta las 7 p.m. No sé cuántos estaban allí, pero me mantuvo despierto, alrededor de las 7:00 podías oír varios de ellos tos y estar enfermo y luego se fue tranquilo 🙏. No me daría fresco porque no fue su culpa, al menos no se detuvo la fiesta el lunes por la noche. Recomendaría estos apartamentos.

Hotel situado a dos minutos andando de la estación central de tren de Cracovia, ideal si vienes del aeropuerto o estás recorriendo el país en tren. En la propia estación de tren hay un enorme centro comercial con un montón de restaurantes, supermercados y tiendas. Desde el hotel al centro de Cracovia hay tan sólo 10 minutos andando y además, el paseo es seguro y cómodo ya que es una zona muy transitada al tener el centro comercial y la estación de tren. El hotel es correcto, habitación sencilla pero muy limpia y con todo lo necesario para pasar una buena estancia. Servicio wiffi gratuito y rápido.
