El hotel tiene una buena ubicación cerca de la estación central de trenes y del casco antiguo. El edificio tiene ascensor, es cómodo para personas con equipaje. El desayuno tiene una buena variedad y una buena ubicación en el jardín. Hay botellas de agua y té/café en la habitación, plancha y escritorio. Buen lugar para una estancia corta.

Los apartamentos estaban anticuados y necesitaban reformas. Sin embargo, por lo que pagamos, tenían una excelente relación calidad-precio. Las habitaciones eran grandes, las camas eran cómodas y las limpiaban a diario. La recepción fue servicial y conocedora de la zona. Las habitaciones estaban aproximadamente a 15 minutos a pie del casco antiguo, por lo que estaban en una excelente ubicación para hacer turismo a pie. Definitivamente los usaríamos nuevamente si volvemos a Cracovia.

Hemos estado alojados aquí durante 1 semana. El check in no es fácil, difícil saber que la recepción estaba en otro hotel al otro lado de la calle. La ubicación es perfecta, a poca distancia de casi todo. Pero las habitaciones no tienen ningún tipo de aire acondicionado, es imposible dejar las ventanas abiertas por la noche, hay demasiado ruido del tráfico en la carretera. Si quieres dormir bien por la noche, busca otro hotel.

Nos alojamos en este hotel por una noche y teníamos una habitación doble con un pequeño balcón, sillones y una mesa de café. En general, el lugar era agradable y las camas cómodas. Sin embargo, fue complicado encontrarlo ya que la recepción está al otro lado de la calle y no está muy bien indicada. El personal era agradable y muy servicial a la hora de encontrar nuestra habitación. Además, si en recepción no te lo entregan inmediatamente, tendrás que pedir un distintivo azul para poder abrir la puerta de entrada y el portón que conduce a las escaleras del apartamento si sales por la noche.

Booked a cheap wowcher deal and was allocated this hotel. It was perfect. Large twin room with a balcony. Excellent shower. Small tv. Kettle with coffee and tea. Yes the room did overlook the street below and yes there was some noise from the traffic and trams but it really didn’t disturb us at all. Other reviews say they found it difficult to find as the reception is across the street from the abella suites in the Yarden Hotel. But I read our check in instructions clearly and went directly to the Yarden Hotel. Check in was simple and we were shown to our room by a member of staff who shows you how to get in to the building and use the lift if required. Check out was also easy. Very friendly staff. There is a fabulous bakery / cafe next door if breakfast is not included in your stay. It was a 15 minute easy walk to the main square.

Hotel is decent, comfy beds and large, clean rooms, decor could do with an update. Check in is at a different hotel across the road, we were not told this in advance however I had seen it in previous reviews. Make sure you bring your earplugs, the trams are extremely loud and the windows are paper thin. Connecting walls are also paper thin so could hear our next door neighbours loud and clear. Breakfast was good, decent selection, as a vegetarian I usually suffer but there were decent veggie options. Location is great, just a short walk to the main centre and a little bit further to the train station. Overall good value for money

Quiet place. Warm. Clean. Comfy bed. Tea and coffee facilities. Couldn’t have asked for more. Attentive and accommodating staff. Recommended good restaurants and provided a map of the places you should see in Krakow. Knowledgable staff member on Wednesday evening who knew about the location of the ghettos and the UNESCO heritage sights in the local area.

Abella Suite was not easy to find since there’s no sign in the building wall. When I call them, they didn’t answer the phone immediately and called again a couple of times. And the check in is required at another building and hotel called Yarden. Please note that it’s a different building and check in / check out should be done at the different building
