Valoraciones de Aonang Dugong

Tuve una mala experiencia en este hotel, me hizo pagar 400 bhats y comprar unas toallas que ensucié involuntariamente con resto de tinte de cabello, pese a llevar una semana teñido. Llevé dichas prendas a una lavandería para turistas por 1 euro y quedaron perfectas. El hotel sencillamente no hizo su trabajo, no se molestó en lavar la toalla asumiendo unilateralmente que era un daño irreparable y cobró el dinero sin más. Hice una reseña negativa en Google, tras la cual el hotel se ofreció a devolverme el dinero a cambio de la toalla, pero nos negamos. Quiero mostrar a la gente como quedaron después de lavarse las toallas que me hicieron comprar como "dañadas" y que no tenían más que un problema de agua y jabón. Adjunto fotos de las toallas una vez lavadas, la forma en la que tuve que dormir durante mi estancia y la lavandería turística donde las llevé. Pagué por el lavado 40 bhats.

La sensación general es bastante buena, puedes subir al tejado para verlo, que es una bonita vista. La piscina tiene un poco de personalidad.

Las instalaciones son muy nuevas, la ubicación es muy conveniente, el valor CP es muy alto, excelente ubicación y la habitación familiar es agradable y limpia. El personal del hotel es amable y servicial. A poca distancia de la playa de Aonang. Si tienes hambre, hay un bonito restaurante que vende buena comida tailandesa justo fuera del hotel.

Vale la pena el valor. Un pequeño hotel boutique en una ubicación conveniente.

訂單寫的很清楚，一張雙人床及一張小型雙人床，結果到現場只有一張大床，酒店回覆無法調整，跟酒店説我們預訂的是兩張床，酒店衹説沒有辦法，隔音超級差，門口走路和説話的聲音很大，早每天很早就被吵醒了

Hotel absolutamente fantástico. Vista realmente limpia, moderna y espaciosa. El personal es super amable y la ubicación es excelente. Excelente relación calidad-precio, ¡te costaría encontrar un lugar mejor que este! Definitivamente me quedaría de nuevo.

Buen hotel limpio. Buenas camas. Ubicación céntrica y tranquila, un poco alejada de Main Street, por lo que hay menos ruido. El desayuno era bastante modesto pero adecuado. El café en la sala de desayunos fue decepcionante, pero se podía comprar un espresso adecuado en el vestíbulo por 2 o 3 dólares. Me alojaría aquí de nuevo si regresara a Krabi, pero traería mi propio café. El personal es útil.

When we first booked online, we had requested quiet rooms on a high floor for three nights. Upon arrival a couple months later, we were instead placed on the second floor right above the pool where kids play and scream all day!! We asked to change rooms right away but they were full. The front desk did not seem particularly concerned or helpful. This is not a quiet hotel. You’re either roadside or poolside. It’s bustling during high season. And even in the dead of night you can hear other guests talking (or moaning) and doors slamming. The location is decent and it’s a fair value but I would avoid staying here if you value peace and quiet. I

Aonang Dugong was my favorite accommodation of my entire Thailand trip! If you are traveling in Ao Nang, I would recommend this hotel. The bed was spacious, the rooms were very clean, the air conditioning was cold, the bathrooms were nice, and it was in a perfect location 5 minutes from the beach. The pool is wonderful too!! The only thing I was a little upset with was the customer service at times. The front desk workers were rude to us on a few different occasions, which was upsetting. Other than that, 10/10 experience!

The hotel is in a good location and the rooms were a good size. We stayed for 5 nights and it would have been nice to have a dresser to unpack my clothes. I do not like to live out of a suitcase, so the fact that the huge room only had 5 hangers and no dresser was disappointing. Also, there is no counter in the bathroom for toiletries. I would not recommend paying extra for the breakfast because it is not good. They only served watermelon for a fruit choice and the breakfast was the same every day. The coffee machine runs out of either water or coffee beans continuously. The pool is nice, but has limited seating and only one umbrella for shade. No one cleans the pool and by the 5th day there was a layer of oil on the water and a lot of hair getting caught in my fingers while swimming...

Location is near the beach & noisy RCA pubs too. Hotel is relatively new with 2 blocks. Room is clean, simple with big comfortable bed and big balcony with 2 chairs & table outside. Room lacks mirror & aircon cooling can be slow if room faces the afternoon sun. Breakfast is a-la-carte at the same price offered in restaurants outside. Staffs are friendly & helpful. Swimming pool is small but additional beach towels are provided in each room.
