All was okay, clean & comfortable. Lift was very small. Room was very small. It was renovated old building, old wine in new bottle. I compared with other hotels as well, competitively other hotels were better at this price range.

The location of the hotel is just perfect, right at the heart of Calicut, so it helps in moving around the city and its places of interest. The room was well-spaced, clean, and nicely decorated, so one could get the best blend of comfort and luxury. The bed was very comfortable with good quality amenities so that one can get fully relaxed during the stay. The highlight of my stay was the dining. There is a delicious menu, featuring local taste and international cuisine. Each meal was a delight to the taste buds, well-prepared with fresh ingredients and appealingly presented. Their buffet breakfast was simply outstanding, with great variety to suit all tastes.

This is the first time we have stayed in the hotel and it was a wonderful experience. Staff had taken the initiative to make sure our room was ready in time by checking to see when our flight came in. The staff were exceptional in their service and always friendly. The rooms were large and comfortable. Recommend the breakfast highly.

UUsuario invitadoI booked the deluxe room in this hotel through mmt. This hotel is located at 6th and 7th floors of emerald mall. Great advantage of this hotel is its location as it is in the middle of city. It is nearby to baby memorial hospital, just a walkable distance. Rooms are spacious and clean, washroom are also spacious and tidy. However rooms need maintenance as there are some water damage on walls as colour was flickering out due to water leakage specially on bathroom wall. Even ac was also leaking however it was in working condition. Bedding and linens were clean and tidy. Service was prompt and sufficiently good. Toiletries were provided on request. Staff were cooperative and professional. Still there is need of some improvement in the services. I haven’t experienced the food quality of hotel as i preferred food from outside as there are multiple options available just next to this hotel. Lobby and corridor were spacious however lift is quite congested. As hotel is at the middle of the city it is well connected. Railway station is hardly 2-3 km away from the hotel and cab or auto rickshaw is easily available. There are multiple options for food in nearby vicinity. So all in all it is a good deal.

UUsuario invitadoEl hotel no es fácil de identificar con qué estar al lado de las tiendas contenidas a ambos lados. No hay espacio de estacionamiento. Nuestro vehículo estaba estacionado en la siguiente pista. Las habitaciones fueron medias, los muebles no se ponían juntos durante años. El ascensor sólo está disponible desde el primer piso, por lo que los ciudadanos de edad o las personas con problemas de salud seguramente tendrían un tiempo difícil. Antes de la visita, la ciudad está en el centro, por lo que si visitas para ver, la mayoría de las playas y fort está cerca. Lo recomendaría sólo si no estarás en la habitación todo el día, excepto para dormir la noche y la proximidad a los diferentes puntos de la ciudad.

UUsuario invitado I stayed SAAS Residency in Kozhikode during your stay from August 17-19, 2023. They allot me Room no 106. Here's a review based on the points you've mentioned: Accommodation: The room you were allocated was sufficient for your stay, but unfortunately, it lacked an outside view. This can be disappointing, as a nice view can enhance the overall experience of a hotel stay. Restaurant: It's disappointing that the hotel's restaurant did not meet my expectations. The quality of food and dining experience is a significant factor for ***y travelers, and it's unfortunate that it fell short during your stay. Amenities: Almost all amenities there including Dental kit, Comp, Shampoo, Misturiser. Not having a tea maker in the room, especially at a daily rate of INR 2000, can be seen as a shortcoming. Bathroom: The small size of the bathroom and the lack of separation between the shower area and the toilet can be inconvenient and uncomfortable. It's important for hotels to provide functional and comfortable bathroom facilities for their guests. Complaint of Bathroom lock is very uncomfirtabele In summary, stay at SAAS Residency in Kozhikode had some notable drawbacks, such as the lack of an outside view, a disappointing restaurant experience, the absence of a tea maker, and the small bathroom without a separation between the shower and toilet.
