Minor: the drain in the bathroom draining VERY slow, so we shower with ‘flooded’ floor. The hotel should check if there is clogging.

No regrets taking the club lounge option with sea view, even the lounge food was exceptionally delicious, kudos to the chef!
A tad old in terms of furnishings but it retains the classic style of early 2000s, bringing good memories of my travels and staying in various Hyatt.

La última vez que me quedé aquí en 2011, me sorprendió ver lo hermoso que es el hotel ahora. Fue totalmente renovado. Amo el lobby y el restaurante. No pude utilizar las instalaciones allí. Voy a hacer un retorno y probarlas.
La habitación era todavía tan grande como antes. Es hermosa ahora. Sólo abajo fue que nunca puedo averiguar cómo conectar mi teléfono a la TV por Bluetooth. El baño era hermoso. Amo los colores de la habitación y el baño.
El menú de servicio de habitaciones es aceptable. Pero tengo que adorar. El servicio de habitaciones es muy, muy rápido. Se pidió que se hiciera una habitación, se pidió servicio de lavandería, se pidió hielo y ellos estarán en la puerta dentro de 5-10mins. No más de 10 minutos, a diferencia de algunos otros hoteles que he estado en Singapur, KL, Penang, Estambul, Canadá, Malacca, Dubai, Nepal, Nueva Delhi, Bali y Bandung. Estoy realmente muy impresionado. ¡Me quedaré aquí en mi próxima viaje a KK. Gracias Le Meridien!

El receptor es amable y amable. Debido a la limitada primera llegada del primer parque de hotel y cuando llegamos a las 10:00, nos enseñó dónde estacionar en el parque público y nos dio un parque de estacionamiento para la mañana siguiente para evitar que nuestro coche se multara por la mañana. El hotel, con una vista agradable y un piso alto, me escucha y nos ha actualizado gratuitamente a una habitación de vistas al río (con vistas a la ventana de mi habitación). La habitación está muy bien, pero no es muy agradable.
La ubicación del hotel es un poco lejana y durante la noche el ambiente es bastante oscuro, un poco peligroso para solo.

Very clean and new. Looks like being renovated. Came here for seminar as the talk is organized inside the hotel. The location is good as it is in the center of the city. Service is good except that check in counter only have 2 and average waiting time is about 30 minutes for check in. However, maybe due to the hotel is full, our rooms are not ready when we check in at 3pm. But the hotel upgrade our room to another available unit which we will give a credit to the hotel. Breakfast is good and many variety, only the structure of the dining area is very inconvenient as the dining area too small and many corners which is not convenient to obtain the food especially for the beverage counter. The dining que line is too long due to the location where both the coffee machine are too close to each other and doesn’t not have any turning point and the coffee machine is very very slow. Suggest to change to a bigger dining area as the dining area cannot fit the number of customers especially for a seminar of 200+ people and refill is slow and we only have 1 hour lunch time where queing for food already took almost half an hour. Other than the above, I am satisfied with the hotel.

El proveedor no dio instrucciones claras cuando queríamos comprobar que nos resultaba necesario ir 2 veces al locker para recoger la llave de la tarjeta.
Cuando llamó al propietario tampoco había profesionalismo porque la escuchamos hablar con otra persona en la espalda y no terminar la conversación que tuvimos. Fue bastante frustrante porque necesitamos llamarla un par de veces para terminar el check-in.
El hotel está situado en el centro de la ciudad, donde se encuentra el centro de la ciudad.

❗️ La caja de llaves fue difícil de identificar debido a las letras pequeñas y al color diferente de las otras cajas.
❗️ El manual proporcionado estaba incompleto; no se mencionaba la cerradura de la puerta del apartamento, que necesita calor para activarse.
❗️El nro. de contacto. en esta aplicación no se puede contactar, así que tuve que buscarlo en Google.
❗️ El estacionamiento es muy confuso (incluso para los guardias de seguridad).
❗️ Los guardias de seguridad eran incompetentes. Es necesario capacitarlos adecuadamente sobre la distribución del edificio.
❗️ Los fregaderos no se instalaron correctamente, lo que provocó pequeñas inundaciones en el baño y la cocina.

The hotel room which I stayed was very confortable, with wide space, big bed, clean bedsheets and near to eating places and also near to the airport. Initially I was afraid the noise from the airplanes may disturb my sleep as my room was facing on the left side of the building, but to my surprise I did not hear planes flying so I was happy that I didn't experience any noise to disturb my tranquility. The only con is there is no restaurant in the hotel so my breakfast came as a bento like box takeaway. No coffee also, the coffee is available in the room but is chargeable. Only the tea bags are free. The parking is multi-storeyed and managed electronically. You put your car into the car lift and it is then parked automatically one car at a time. To retrieve your car, you need to scan your hotel card for it to be brought down via the car lift again. It may be time consuming if you are in a hurry and there are a few people in the queue before you.

El mejor lugar para ver la puesta de sol en Kota Kinabalu. El ambiente es cómodo y adecuado para una estancia en un hotel. El servicio fue atento y atento. JJ$SI recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel that exceeded my expectations in multiple ways. I was there for a week-long work trip and chose this hotel based on its competitive rates and promising reviews. I must say, my experience was nothing short of delightful, and I’m eager to share my thoughts.
First and foremost, the room itself was incredibly spacious, which made my stay very comfortable. It’s rare to find such ample space in a hotel room at this price point, and it truly set the tone for a relaxing and productive week. The room was well-appointed, with all the necessary amenities to ensure a pleasant stay. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, allowing me to rest well after long days of meetings.
One of the highlights of my room was the stunning view it offered. From my window, I had a clear view of the sea, which was both calming and inspiring. Additionally, I could see Suria Mall, a convenient location for shopping and dining. Waking up to such a beautiful sight each day was invigorating and added a touch of luxury to my stay. My room number was 705, and I would highly recommend it to future guests seeking a room with a view.
The hotel staff deserve a special mention for their friendliness and professionalism. From the moment I checked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and efficient service. The staff were always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests, making me feel welcome and valued as a guest. While the hotel did not provide breakfast, this was not an issue for me. There are plenty of dining options nearby, and it gave me the opportunity to explore local cafes and restaurants. The convenience of Suria Mall being so close meant that I had a variety of choices at my disposal.
Reflecting on my stay, I cannot find anything to complain about. The hotel delivered on all fronts, offering comfort, convenience, and excellent service. I have no regrets about choosing this hotel for my work trip, and it has certainly set a high standard for my future travels.

PPweshiWe loved our stay at this hotel. The staff was helpful and friendly, and the check-in and check-out process was super quick. The location is excellent. It's within walking distance of Imago, with stores and restaurants outside the hotel.
The room was great. I have to say the bathroom area is spacious, but the doors are a little weird. The room was clean, and the bed and pillows were comfortable.
We also had the Saturday night buffet. It so happened that the buffet was busy that night, and I think they could have prepared better, but overall, the food was fantastic! Highly recommended.

Hotel recomendado, tal vez la próxima vez que venga a Sabah nuevamente reserve el Ming Garden Hotel.

:: ) :D XDThis is a relaxing hotel for family vacation. There is a small beach near the swimming pool and it is a good place to see sunset. They also have snorkelling activity for hotel guests every morning. The staff are very friendly and it is one of the best hotels in Kota Kinabalu. ❤️

HHatyaimanLocation is recognized in prime area esp for Gaya Street Market on Friday and Saturday night + Sunday morning market. Try local foods around this hotel e.g, 1) Yee Fung…..don’t miss Wonton Soup 2) Keng Wan Hing……Big Pau (Chinese bun) with hot coffee Actually, Atkinson Tower and Signal Hill Observatory are in walking area but both have been closed for renovation. I stayed in Single room without window…..clean, private bathroom, air condition, tv……..anyway, there was no daily housekeeping? Cos I stayed 2 nights but no one came to my room. I stayed on 3rd floor (only 3 floor…..still have a lift) and there was heavy rain on 2nd night…….big rain big sound……made my Cinemax….watching Indiana Jones….gone with the rain…..no signal at all (TV Hotel) In the summary, highly recommended for reasonable price for budget traveller upon prime location. Note for Airport Transfer From KKiA or BKI, there was no operation of Airport Bus due to Covid situation. Then, you can rake a taxi at fixed fee at 30 ringgit or grab only 10 ringgit……for sure….Grab….airport bus only 5 ringgit

UUsuario anónimoI didn't realise it's the big room when do the booking. Unfortunately, I haven't fully utilised the facilities because I am busy with the exhibition. But I did a quick tour of the room. It comes with a balcony with a nice view. Separated hall & bedroom with big bathroom! 1 TV at the hall & 1 TV in the bedroom. It also has a fridge, microwave, and a stove for light cooking.
The check-in & check-out were smooth & friendly front counter. I had a problem with the bedroom air-conditioning & they attended to it very fast!
Breakfast has decent varieties.
Parking is on the roadside - public car park, you can buy the parking coupon from the hotel.
It's near Pasar Gaya, Pasar Filipino, shopping malls, convenience shops & restaurants.
Overall, it is really worth the price. Good job & keep up the good works!

UUsuario invitadoNo hay mucho que pueda decir. Mi familia y yo tenemos una estupenda estancia en Borneo Beach Villa karambunai durante 3 días y 2 noches. Las villas son limpias, la piscina es limpia y la playa es tan hermosa. Mi familia realmente disfruta con la estancia. Sin embargo, la razón que le doy. 4 estrellas porque nuestra villa tiene una silla rota en la mesa afuera y la puerta es muy difícil de abrir debido a la rosca. Creo que quizá la villa es demasiado vieja. Quizá sólo nuestra villa no está segura con otra. Será agradable si pueden comprobar regularmente el mantenimiento de cada villa Algunas cosas que necesitan recordar mientras usted está aquí: 1. Las villas no tienen WiFi. Sólo tienen en la recepción, por lo que si quieres trabajar mientras se hace frío asegúrese de traer tu propio wifi. 2. Asegúrese de comprar cualquier granjero que quiera antes de llegar a la villa porque la distancia con mart está lejos que no tenían su propio mart, sólo restaurante 3. Esta villa no ofreció ningún servicio de lobby.

NNanie Idayu MEl hotel está situado en el centro de la ciudad, donde se encuentran los niños de menos de 10 años. Solicitámos ayuda de la mantenimiento y se mostró ...3 veces pero el problema no se resuelve (mi marido estaba muy molesto porque quería ver el final de la Copa de Malasia entre JDT y Kedah ... lol). No hemos probado la comida porque el desayuno no estaba incluido en mi tarifa de habitación. El minibar no está disponible en la habitación. El cuarto de baño y la habitación están limpios. El hotel ofrece un periódico cada mañana. La ubicación es buena incluso para aquellos que vienen sin transporte ...Sólo unos minutos a pie a Imageo, Mercado de artesanía y Mercado de KK
