Valoraciones de The Pacific Sutera Hotel

La habitación es muy espaciosa y el ambiente es agradable. Está muy cerca del centro de la ciudad en taxi. El desayuno también es bueno. Tiene una playa donde se puede hacer snorkel, y alrededor de los arrecifes costeros hay muchos erizos de mar y bancos de peces.

Buena ubicación. Solo que la insonorización es un poco deficiente; se oye a la gente hablando en el pasillo o a los niños corriendo. La experiencia en general es buena. El desayuno está un poco lleno, quizás porque es festivo.

Reservé una habitación con vistas al mar. Me dieron la misma planta que el vestíbulo. Prefiero una planta superior para tener mejores vistas. Solicité salida tardía y solo me permitieron hacerla hasta la 1:00 sin coste adicional. Lo agradezco. En general, fue una experiencia excelente y volveré en mis próximas vacaciones.

Lo primero que vivimos es el mejor hotel, la vista es la mejor.

No hay muchos resorts en la parte continental. Es una buena opción para encontrar un poco de todo: ir al centro, visitar lugares remotos y explorar zonas turísticas. El atardecer es un buen punto de partida para el hotel. Un punto clave es que se pueden usar las instalaciones del hotel, las del centro deportivo y las del hotel Magellan. Desventajas: No se puede pedir comida con Grab, ya que hay que caminar unos 10-12 minutos para llevarla por la carretera hasta la caseta de vigilancia (tercera foto). Aspectos a mejorar: 1. El precio del spa está fuera de rango. 2. Actividades nocturnas familiares. El único bar/actividad está en la planta superior, donde no se admiten menores de 18 años.

The location and scenery was perfect 🏝️🌅💕 You can see beautiful sunset from hotel beach and pool. At the marina, they have kids club so I could put my kid in there and go to gym to have an exercise. (2 hours 16RM for hotel guest) The room was a bit old and shabby. There were lots of wall cracks and floor algae in the bathroom. The bed sheets were never changed during our 4-night 5-day stay. I knew this because there were stains of the yellow creamy medicine that my son had applied to his skin on the sheets the entire time. Curtain also looked dirty. I think they didn’t clean it for a long time. I asked laundry at 8am but they didn’t come pick up soon. I called three times finally they came after 10am. If they come before 10am, I could receive my laundry within the same day. But they came after 10am, so I received next day though I asked at early morning 8am.

Hotel is age. Many items in the room need improvement or change eg night curtains are almost torn, bathroom smell need deep cleaning, carpet are dirty. Only good for hotel is the view. Great view.

Had a wonderful Christmas Eve stay here. I stayed in a golf field view room, which was incredibly peaceful and calming. Even with the golf field view, I could still see parts of the ocean, and the sunset was absolutely beautiful. I spent some time at the pool and was able to enjoy a stunning sunset from there as well, overlooking the pier by the beach — it was truly an amazing view. I ordered room service during my stay and was very impressed with how prompt and friendly the service was. The room was cozy, clean, and very comfortable, and I especially enjoyed relaxing in the bathtub after a long day. Overall, everything felt calm and well taken care of, making it a perfect stay. I would definitely choose to stay here again next time.
