Clean and comfortable budget hotel with basic toiletries provided. Reasonable price and an excellent location right in the heart of Gaya Street. Good value for money.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel. The rooms were spotless and very comfortable, and the overall cleanliness was impressive. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything I needed. The location was perfect, and the view from my room was absolutely stunning — one of the highlights of my stay. Everything about this hotel felt high-quality, and I would definitely come back again. Highly recommend!

love the service. the receiptionist was so kind and helpful. the location also strategic with good food restaurant and many stores. will always choose gaia95 whenever i have the chance. thank you!

Very good location. Staff is friendly and we enjoy the room. The traffic in the morning is a bit noisy but it's ok. Plenty of food nearby.

It's just located at heart of Gaya street, super convenient, alot of food nearby. The night market is downstairs on every Friday and Saturday, very happening. Room and toilet is good in condition. Overall is satisfied during our stay.

Stayed 1 night. Walking distance to the city, 10 minutes walk to a great Chinese vegetarian right next to Macdonald and the mall. So I was setup well with food. Room is small but for me it should be quiet , clean and convenient

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to the heart of Gaya Street in Kota Kinabalu. The room is very spacious for a solo traveller and nicely decorated, offering good value for the price. However, the fitted sheet was quite dirty, with noticeable red stains on the surface. While there was no unpleasant odor, the cleanliness was a little bit disappointing.

Clean room, basic toiletries are provided, would've been better if slippers are provided. Overall ok, and many places to eat nearby.
