Check in was simple and straightforward. Room was very spacious and clean. Room equipped with an induction stove and microwave. However, some of the cooking equipment needs to be refreshed and should be more thoughtful (i.e. providing metal spatula and a non stick pan will only leave guests to scratch the non stick). Nonetheless, the hotel is well located, very near the airport and close enough to the city. Nearby shops at the nearby shopping complex is decent. Appreciate the view from the pool and rooftop.

One of the door handle assessing the pool was broken and caused a cut to my friend's finger. After reporting the incident the door handle was fixed within 3 hours. The view from the unit was great. The suite extemely comfortable.

Got automated parking here in Sabah suprisingly. But its a trouble process. I mean not really smooth process for fast checkin and checkout. Hotel room is okay. Grabfood need own pickup. Hotel dont help deliver.

Overall everything was superb until the water supply disrupted.The hotel should have contingency plans when things happen. Best location for families. The GM and receptionists should be more friendly. The cleanliness can be improved.

The staffs there made our stay enjoyable. They are helpful. The apartment is acceptable with comfortable rooms and a pleasant atmosphere.

Service apartment type. The whole unit is huge. Two big rooms with balcony, very big living room with long sofa, and a 10 seater solid hardwood dinning table. Well equipped kitchen with water filter. Location wise it is a bit far from KK town. There is a seafood restaurant connected and it is easily accessible thru the car park, fairly convenient. I can assure you it is definitely worth the money to stay here.

Since there is a nice swimming pool, we really wanted wash machine in our room rather than having a kitchen. We wanted wash sweat clothing and swimming pants. you can see sun goes down by the roof top swimming pool that was so beautiful.

Doesn’t like hotel..except there’s a people in front desk other thing all just like Airbnb Without hotel services, late night check in with small baby, many luggage bag and stroller totally no one helping for it..front counter staff just look at us and when I ask any bell boy they say only self services Water flow for both toilet stuck just open shower head awhile the floor already like flood Last month I stay at here also ‘ARU’ but is under owner Airbnb.. this time choose hotel due to late flight arrive and prefer have services helping but no different with Airbnb… who knows actually the same building The room with a very very kick ‘wet smell’ not sure is the sofa or what..actually it is the same with the previous stay Airbnb the unit just next door (more prefer Airbnb at this place) Drinking water provided and 4 cans soft drink.. for short stay okay within 24 hours but more than that not recommend

The location is quite strategic and near to Tanjung Aru beach. Near to a mall as well, few beach bars around. There are a few convenient stores nearby (7e, 99 Mart), a mamak that’s open till late. There’s also a seafood restaurant next to the hotel which you can walk past the parking lot. Can get nice view of sea and airport. Although you don’t get to see much of the sea view but I think it’s good enough. You can grab to the beach within 5-8 mins and very accessible with grab drivers.

You can view the flight track from their rooftop pool. Also manage can view sunrise from rooftop.

Nice hotel near the beach and airport. The room has great space and nice view to the sea and airport. Auto parking available and in a quiet location but convenient to go to beach and town. The hotel rooftop pool and deck has a nice to the sea. You can watch the landing and takeoff of the planes too. The sound from the plane is bearable but the sound insulation can be better especially from the walkway when people walking, chatting and banging door. The amenities and cleanliness can be improved. Used bathrobes was left in the cabinet and new bathrobe was not provided. The housekeeping staff clearly omitted on this.

After a very late flight, we booked a three-bedroom apartment equivalent. It was fully equipped, comfortable, clean, and well-located near the airport. A very efficient and practical hotel for a short stay.
