En mi primera viaje a Kota Kinabalu, mi tía había reservado una habitación aquí en este hotel cuando llegó primero. Desde que vine a visitar, ella había pedido una habitación más grande y le había preguntado si tenían un descuento si se le había actualizado. La primera impresión que tenía este hotel es que estaba situado en un centro de atención de la ciudad. Además, cuando estaban listos para la cama, las hojas estaban grosas y teñidas, las patas estaban amarillas y los anzuelos estaban subiendo a la pared donde mi cama pequeña de dos paredes estaba en contra. No podía dormir literalmente, como algunos se pusieron en las hojas de cama, si no te importaba que fuera casi 1:00. La mañana siguiente, encontré un par de ancestros que subían a mi caja de vestido. La habitación de la habitación es muy buena, pero no es muy buena. Honestamente, no creo que lo entienden, pero cuando hay ant, MORE viene. Y ¿qué? ¿Vas a tener la pulverización de la joven RAID junto a mi cama a las 2? Eso olor a pulverización de bug probablemente no es bueno para inhalar. Nos miraron como si fueramos demasiado o demasiado extra pero honestamente, somos de los Estados Unidos y no me quedé en un hotel tan desafortunado antes. Ni siquiera en Filipinas. Lo que realmente frustrante es que no darían a mi tía un reembolso. No podían ofrecerle más crédito que para quedarse en una fecha posterior. Esto nunca volaría ni sería bueno en los Estados Unidos. Muy decepcionante en el servicio. Sólo ten cuidado! ¡Esto fue un servicio terrible en mi opinión honesta y en los Ants! Tuve que comprobar todo en el hotel nuevo, ya que algunos ancestros entraron en mi maletín. DISGUSTADO. Cuidado. NO SE ESTÁ AQUI. Las fotos también son falsas publicidades de la habitación deluxe. Las paredes estaban rompiendo, los pisos estaban warping ....just vigilado.

So far when read all the reviews, I was abit scared to book because there's also a bad reviews about this hotel & the service. Plus it's self check-in and check out. But I have faith and just book, I bring my husband and children to stay, the service was excellent. They keep on answer my question and guide me well, abit early check in. When enter the room also we were surprised because it's was so nice! The room spacious, towel, everything was there, clean, air-conditioning and everything has no problem. We really love it! Will repeat to stay here again next month for sure! Regret not to stay here for long time, this time will take a longer time 🥰 really recommend

La llegada tardía a Sabah luego nos inspeccionamos en este hotel. Llegamos en 11.50pm y el recepcionista nos saludó. Amigablemente recepcionista, ha mejorado nuestra habitación a 2 apartamentos de dormitorio. Es enorme y espacial.

Buena servidora para todos los empleados, primero los musulmanes, porque nos sirve desde el primer día hasta que nos fuimos. Una zona hermosa. Area limpia. Gracias por su servicio 😊 Volveremos

La ubicación es buena. La habitación era decente, espacial y limpio. Para rm150/night sin desayuno, creo que fue una buena negociación ya que está situada en la zona principal. Puedes simplemente caminar a la frente del agua y el mercado filipino. Pero ten cuidado si estacionas fuera del hotel sin el coponente de estacionamiento, serías multado rm30.

El contador de recepción ... y el restaurante también ...Una vez entrado en la habitación, olores malos ...I buscó donde vino el olor. Felizmente traje mi refresco de aire junto. El frigorífico sucio, el sofá también tiene tintura y el baño también. 2 habitaciones están bien pero no el salón. El piso está adhesivo, así que sólo usamos nuestros propios pantalones de baño. La puerta de la WC necesita cambiar una nueva para que el mueble se vea muy viejo.

Comprado el servicio de habitaciones y no se indicaba el precio incluido o no con SST. Está claro RM20.90 y luego se golpeó en la puerta se convirtió RM26.50. No se limpió bien la habitación mientras nos quedamos por 2 noches, ni siquiera se golpeó en nuestra puerta para rellenar las instalaciones El hotel es muy agradable y es muy agradable.

We spent 3 nights at Gaya Island Resort and had a great time, I thought I would write a review because there are a few things worth considering before you go. Firstly, the place itself is amazing, the staff are super friendly and caring - probably the most professional I have ever experienced in my many years of travelling. So all in all it was a wonderful stay. The things worth noting are as follows: 1. The sunbeds, I think may have mentioned it and it's worth mentioning again - there are nowhere near enough. When you pay and arm and a leg to stay at a beautiful resort it is annoying that they haven't found a way to add more sunbeds. People get there early, throw on their towels and stay or disappear and the seat is gone for the day. This is a solvable issue and the resort should so something about it. 2. Check in is after 3 - could be later - and it's not flexible, so if you are arriving earlier be prepared to sit around waiting for your room. It would be nice if they could flex a little as waiting hours for a room without your bags is not a joy, but it is what it is. 3. Eating - you are on the resort, so you are eating in one of their restaurants - no other options available. There are a few restaurants so not really a problem (we did the hot pot restaurant and it was great), but good to be aware. By far the most expensive places we ate in Malaysia, but I guess given the quality of the resort it wasn't a surprise and the main restaurant is reasonable enough. 4. Activities - my wife and daughter did the cooking class and loved it, we did the night walk - which was fun and me and my son did the coral garden. The Coral garden was fun and I was lucky to see a big old shark. However there is a large amount of plastic floating on the surface of the water that is quite concerning and makes the whole place not feel so clean. The corals and fish look healthy so may be fine, but be prepared to swim through bottles and crisp bags to see the fish. The local resorts and local authorities should really work together to resolve and you pay the tourist tax, so not sure where that's going, but not to plastic clearance by the look of it. Hope that's helpful. all in all, it's a beautiful place to stay, could just do with a tweak here and there to make it even better

Overall our 2-night stay at Hyatt Centric KK was comfy n relaxing. The lobby n top floor lounge ambience is excellent~feeling of calmness. Rooms are spacious n clean with beautiful sunset seaview. We especially like the bathroom with sitting bench~ a considerate design for guests who prefer to sit n shower. Restaurant staff were very well-mannered n helpful. The hotel is well located just opposite the Sabah Suria shopping mall, so it's very convenient if you wish to dine out or shop around…
