La habitación daba a un "como patio de luces"lleno de palomas,cagadas de ellas me cobraron otra vez la tasa turística cuando ya venía en el precio y se lo enseñé,

Reservé a última hora porque tuve que prolongar mi estancia. ¡Estaba polvoriento, sucio y asqueroso! El aire acondicionado está lleno de polvo y no enfría nada. Por suerte, hay un ventilador de techo, si no, no podría dormir. No volveré y no vale la pena.

La ubicación del hotel era excelente, ya que está justo al lado del centro comercial KB y en pleno centro. Gracias a recepción, ya que llamé unas horas antes de llegar para solicitar que me asignaran una habitación con vistas al centro comercial KB, que la limpiaran y que cambiaran las sábanas (me temo que la habitación estuvo vacía demasiado tiempo por el mal olor). Todo estuvo genial, solo un inconveniente: la falta de insonorización. Las ventanas no funcionaban bien y se oía el ruido de los vehículos toda la noche. Espero que la gerencia de Tune invierta algo de dinero en reparar o cambiar las gomas de las ventanas para que todo quede perfecto.

A basic hotel with minimal facilities. Although there are a few cafes and restaurants around it is not as well-located as some of the other hotels in the city centre near the river. A good place to stay though if you just need a night in Kota Bahru before going to Perhentian Islands.

Stayed here a few times and have always found it to be a decent, no-frills option. The rooms are basic but comfortable for a short stay. One of the main advantages is the convenient location, with shops, restaurants, and other amenities nearby. A practical choice for travelers looking for affordability and convenience.

The place was clean anf good. Not many tune hotels like this anymore. I will definitely come back again anytime. Next to KB Mall and easy place for food. What else can we ask for. Cheap too. Wonderful choice. I am happy. Pls try it.

Is cheap and the location was good as shopping mall and restoran all that was nearby, just that the floor was oily, and if better to stay room that behind as the room front to the road was very busy & noisy continuously until 12am still noisy. But is good that they let us change the room.
