El hotel está bien situado, es moderno y está situado por la mitad de una empresa de TI, la segunda mitad del edificio es el hotel. Habitaciones sencillas, pero decoradas confortablemente, todo se encuentra. Enfrente de una casa de estudiantes, en mi estancia fue una fiesta de cumpleaños, así que fue un poco más alto, pero después de las 1:00 también estaba tranquilo. Personal agradable, el desayuno estaba bien, también Wi-Fi funcionó bien.

Hotel de calidad y limpio, renovado.
Sólo dos notas pequeñas - no hay ascensor, un poco demasiados pasillos, especialmente para las personas con discapacidad.y los tejidos parecen un poco demasiado viejos para el nuevo inferior.
A pesar de estas nuestras estancias fueron agradables y cómodas.

My partner and I recently stayed at The Ambassador Hotel in Košice, and our experience left us with mixed feelings. Despite its promising location within Košice, the hotel overall did not live up to our expectations, especially considering the price point. Upon arrival, the check-in process was unexpectedly lengthy. With only one receptionist available who was preoccupied with a demanding couple ahead of us, we were left waiting for an uncomfortably long time. The procedure itself felt unnecessarily tedious, requiring details that seemed excessive for a simple check-in. The hotel's condition significantly detracted from our stay. It appeared tired and in need of maintenance, with visible wear and tear throughout the premises. Our room was particularly disappointing; from a malfunctioning bathroom door handle, water damage around the sink, to a low-pressure shower and a lack of proper heating. The absence of a blackout blind, a clunky TV menu, and a carpet that was both faded and worn further contributed to our room's lackluster ambiance. Additionally, the tea and coffee amenities were unsatisfactorily tucked away in the wardrobe, and the presence of a cheap plastic trolley in the bathroom was not what we expected from a hotel that claims luxury status. Breakfast was another letdown, with a noticeable lack of labeling on the food items, including allergen information. The options were limited for those who do not eat pork or are allergic to eggs. Although soya milk was available upon request, it was not readily accessible. While the hotel's location in Košice is undeniably convenient, other aspects such as the wellness spa left much to be desired. The spa required a private booking at an additional cost of 25 euros and a two-hour preparation time, which seemed unreasonable for what is marketed as a luxury amenity. On a positive note, the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. However, the overall state of the hotel, combined with the disappointing breakfast and the restrictive access to the wellness spa, means we are unlikely to return. For a hotel that positions itself within the luxury market, The Ambassador Hotel falls short in delivering the quality and service one would expect for the price.

Ya he estado aquí varias veces y siempre me siento muy bien. Atmósfera agradable, estación de interior muy encantadora para relajarse, muy buena desayuno. Situación central para el centro y para la estación de tren y autobús. El barrio está cerca del barrio de la estación de trenes y no es muy bueno como en cualquier ciudad, pero no se sabe nada en el interior y quien viene con el coche puede dejarlo bien protegido y cerrado en el interior. Es una lástima que el restaurante no esté abierto por Corona. Espero que pronto vuelva, porque fue muy bueno y las alternativas sólo hay la gastronomía habitual de la estación o en el centro de la ciudad.
