The hotel is very nice, the staff are very helpful. My only critisism is that the hotel is starting to get a bit old and it needs to be renewd

Terrible hotel. Paid for 5 star got 3 star at best. Arrived late due to flight delay and placed in room near front entrance. Very noisy as maintenance works being carried out in rooms above and drilling could be heard from 7am every morning. Sub standard room facilities, some hotel service staff very rude. Paid for late checkout - locked out of room from midday. It just goes on. A holiday not to be repeated.

Incredible holiday from start to finish. Our flight was delayed the night we arrived so we missed dinner time, but to our pleasant surprise we were met with a cold drink and a fantastic meal- the staff were incredible and made us all feel so special! Just wonderful. We were upgraded so our room was fantastic- huge and with everything we needed. The sea view was amazing. The buffet restaurant was really good with lots of choice. I like that there are special nights where the food is themed- our favourite was Asian night where we had some yummy sushi. We stayed half board but in fact when we stay again we will go all inclusive. The kids club was excellent and all the staff so friendly and professional. My 10yr old loved the cooking classes. The pools were great and there are lots of sun loungers to choose from. I loved that there was a beach so we could swim in the sea - don't forget swim shoes though as it's a pebble beach. The entertainment in the evening was varied but all to a high standard. We loved the fire-eating! All in all for our first experience of a package holiday the hotel exceeded our expectations. The facilities are beautiful. The staff so attentive and friendly. Kos itself is lovely and I definitely recommend hiring a car and exploring some of the beautiful beaches it has to offer. Kos old town has some great shops too. We will definitely be visiting again.

An absolutely amazing stay All the staff are professional and friendly, the setting is absolutely stunning..all the different restaurants are amazing, especially the hot stone steak restaurant. Great cocktails made with premium spirits, a fabulous wine menu and super accomodating for littles. Beautiful pools and a pebble beach. Absolute perfection, there is nothing I didn't love about this place! If you like finer foods and drink, and want a luxurious holiday that works around kids this is the spot for you I don't know why my photos won't upload but it's even more perfect than the website looks

Visited here twice last year - we liked it that much! On our first visit we had a sea view room which was lovely, on our second visit we had a pool room which was seconds from the pool/bar! The rooms were both lovely and comfortable, mini bar restocked daily with cokes/Fanta and beer. Shampoo, conditioner and shower gel was replenished regularly along with the room cleaned daily. Towels for the pool/beach can be changed as often as you like during your stay after 10am at the beach hut. There is a lazy river off the pool next to the kids pool and inflatables can be purchased at the shop - but are obviously cheaper if you bring them with you, some are also left behind and maybe lucky to get one then. Food, drink and staff were all amazing with branded drinks, beers and spirits. Download the app before arriving to check in to save time, along with booking the a la cart meals while your here. We had such wonderful holidays here last year, we are returning again in June!!!

Wonderful hotel with extremely hard working friendly staff. Beds were so comfortable and towels and bed linen pristine. Food was amazing with lots of choice. We upgraded to All Inclusive with the hotel when we checked in as we had booked half board initially. We are so glad we did as wine was 9 Euros a glass and I think cocktails were 11 Euros. Over the two weeks we also got eight meals in the A La Carte restaurants which were really special. The pools and gardens were spectacular and always plenty of sunbeds around. The sunbeds were lovely and comfortable with thick padded mattresses. A special mention to our lovely maid Silvanna who cleaned our room and brought fresh towels every day and always with a big smile on her face. Also thank you to Maria in the main dining room at dinner time who always made sure we got our favourite wine. We would definitely recommend this hotel and we would stay here again

Great hotel, great staff, you can’t go wrong here,we loved it. Just be aware most of the pools are salt water which my wife struggled with, but that’s only one point in an otherwise beautiful hotel.The rooms are basic but clean and well kept, the food is varied and well presented.

We stayed for 11 nights in September and have been holidaying around the Med for over 35 years and this hotel is one of, if not the best we have ever stayed in. Our room was comfy, clean and well furnished with nice pool/sea view. The grounds, public spaces and hotel appearance are immaculate and gorgeous. The staff are professional, courteous, efficient, friendly and a credit to the hotel. We were greeted personally on arrival, given a brief tour of the key area's of the hotel whilst our cases were taken to our room, before being led to the restaurant where a meal was provided for us even though the restaurant was closed as we had arrived late in the evening. So a very positive start to our holiday. Pool areas were spacious and there were always sunbeds available, despite which a number of our fellow guests still insisted on reserving sunbeds every morning. Food quality and variety was very good and would thoroughly recommend the a la carte restaurants. The main buffet restaurant was good with lovely outside seating area's but could get busy at peak times and the food counters were all centred around a smaller section of the restaurant which didn't help with the flow of guests around them and led to some congestion at times. Drinks were also good quality but a bit pricey. It is therefore worth paying for the all-inclusive up grade when you arrive (40 Euro/day pp) and gives you greater use of the a la carte restaurants than if HB. Entertainment was a bit mixed but on the whole good, can't comment on children's facilities as we didn't use them but on face value appear to cater well for children. The hotel is slightly isolated, with one taverna over the road and a beach bar a short walk down the road which each time we went was closed for a private function. However lovely Kos Town and its harbour is a short 2 euro bus ride away with the bus stop right outside the hotel. The balcony's are not particularly private and service at the pool bar could be a little slow around lunchtime as the staff were busy serving drinks to the diners at the Food Hall. The few negatives noted above are being very picky, minor and in no way detracted from our enjoyment of this fabulous hotel and have no hesitation fully recommending this hotel.

Beautiful hotel overlooking the sea. We had a room with sea view for 4 days. For 2 days we received a room with a private pool -amazing impression. We will definitely come here again. Varied breakfasts and dinners, very tasty food.
