Problematic toilet and the shower pressure is very low. Transferred to different room but the same problem. But the room is clean and tidy.

It's really close to the mall bus stop in Marbel you could walk if you wanted to. Its also near a convience store and a short ride from the mall while being on the main drag. The rooms are small but clean and updated.

Nice and quiet hotel off the main road, good value for the price and great service from the cleaners and staff

Always my go to hotel in Koronadal. The room is clean and cozy. The staffs were attentive and friendly. Well recommended.

For the price, our stay was very good and comfortable. Check in and out was a breeze. The hotel is near the highway and close to transportation. Food places are also in the near vicinity, though you can opt to have deliveries via food app. The room is nice and clean (as well as the whole hotel. Airconditioning works well and internet connection is reliable. They also have cable tv. Housekeeping is timely and prompt. They don't have elevators so ask for lower floors if you'll have a hard time with the stairs. Water pressure is also a bit low on the higher floors. They offer breakfast, however, we did not avail. Staff is accommodating and professional.

Staff should be more customer service oriented

Location is good but very poor service...upon check in the receptionist is not even welcoming to guest and the room has water leaked from the rain,no toothbrush soap,and the toilet bowl is not cleaned as well.trash can don't have plastics too.not statistied and not recommend ed to others

I dont like the fact that the key is required to usethe airco ditioner. That means that when i leave the room i come back to a room that is 100 degrees. Also just looking out our window on A vacant lot filled with garbage wasnt pleasant. Location is nice. Was a bit surprised that the breakfast was not offered on sundays. Lastly i was annoyed that they put a deposit on your room key to ensure they get it back. Yes you get it back at checkout but its annoying
