位置有一點點遠，其他的都很好

床太小了，要是能寬點就好了

Receptionist very helpful, but i hoped for a better breakfast. There was only bread and croissants, no fruit was offered while i was there..eggs were very cold and hard boiled (not my preference but who knows if that was the intention)

The installations are good, although it is noisy, because you can hear a lot of other doors when close, and people talking on the hallway. Breakfast is average. Price is kind of High for what you get. People are kind.

The room has a musty smell, the bed was so uncomfortable, there was no fridge. Its just a very basic hotel. Thereare better hotels in iceland

Room was unclean and when it was brought to managers attention, she refused to believe me instead almost indirectly started accusing me that I am intentionally trying to raise issue and asking for refund.

The hotel was really nice, the only thing is was a little to noisy in the morning, other then that was good!

Breakfast is a very limited choice and only a kettle in the room. But reasonable sized room and a good value for the price. Would definitely stay again

The hotel is bare bones a bit higher than a youth hostel. The breakfast was all cold stuff. The place was loaded with youth and we saw one person sleeping in the hall

Extemely uncooperative manager, couldn't change my booking 1 hour after i made it. When the coffee machine at breakfast didn't work it's not allowed to use the same machine in the lobby and you have to pay for breakfast dirty rooms, small gym, uncomfortable beds, bad breakfast

Im Icelandic and i travel to Reykjavik regular. This hotel is on nice location and have the comfort that i need. Good bed and good shower the wifi might be better. I have probably stayed in this hotel around 30-40 times

Staff was always available. Check in and out prompt. Breakfast was great among with having beverage options available at front desk.

Very friendly staff! Property is very clean and comfortable too. Great price. Definitely recommend!
