Feels like home from home. Been before and the welcome received was amazing. Feel like part of the family. Staff amazing, especially Antonio, Gina and the manager. Everyone from the cleaning staff to the waitresses so friendly. Missed panos, but Gina made up for it. Will definitely be back. Food 5 star plus as was our room. No complaints and can't praise highly enough. Thank you for an amazing holiday. We will be back. Liz and Christine.

This hotel is definitely what it says, 5*. This was mine and my partners first time in Greece and it did not disappoint. The food was always amazing, every member of staff was so welcoming and it was a relaxing place to spend a week. Nothing was ever too much trouble for the staff and they were all so friendly. There isn’t much around the area but you can get a bus for around €3 to the Old Port in Chania. Lots of different themed nights and little things to do at the hotel. We did the wine tasting night and it was a great experience. We never go back to the same place twice but we cannot wait to come back here again soon. Thank you Cavo Spada for making our first time in Greece so special

I wouldn't normally write a review but believe the staff truly deserve to be recognised. Whilst this hotel isn't perfect, the staff are incredible and made our stay. They couldn't do more for you and are soo genuine and lovely. Shout out to the pool bar and the crazy Panos and Gina from Georgina, 'whhhhhat' . Panos always made sure we had a cocktail in hand (grasshoppers are delicious) made us laugh and cared, always looking after my mum. You are a great guy. The hotel manager ...incredible and the restaurant manager. You all work soo incredibly hard and always have a smile on your face Thank you

We recently got back from an amazing week. The bed and pillows are sooo comfortable, wish I could have brought them back with us. The food is sensational and the staff are so kind, special mention for the barman, we didn't catch his name, but he definitely has alot of charisma and makes you feel so welcome, great guy!!! Beautiful place.

The whole stay at Cavo spada was incredible, staff were very attentive and friendly, it was a beautiful hotel with amazing food and good variety. Lovely location right on the beach. By far the best part was Panos at the pool bar, a very funny friendly man!

The best hotel we have ever been to. Professional manager, super Nice staff, specially Antonis at the restaurant and Panos at the pool bar, super friendly from day 1. We have been here for 1 week now and have 1 week left. Food is variated and high quality Cleaning is 10/10 Gym facilities indoor and outdoor are great We will be back, i would like to recommend this hotel for everyone. Greetings from Jan and Daniela

Offering an unforgettable stay, Hotel Cavo Spada sets the bar high for exceptional service, friendly staff, and a truly memorable experience for all guests. Check-In and Reception:Upon arriving at Hotel Cavo Spada, I was instantly captivated by the grandeur of the lobby. The warm and welcoming staff greeted me with genuine smiles, making me feel valued and appreciated. The check-in process was smooth, efficient, and hassle-free, ensuring that my stay began on a positive note. The front desk team's knowledge and professionalism were truly commendable. Room Comfort and Amenities:The moment I entered my room, I was greeted by an ambiance of elegance and sophistication. The room was impeccably clean and exuded a sense of tranquility. The comfortable bed provided an excellent night's sleep, ensuring that I woke up refreshed and ready for the day ahead. The extra bed for my oldest son, did however not meet expectations being too short and hard. Dining Experience: Buffet boasts a diverse selection of lovely dishes (for Ultra Plus guest as myself there were a few other restaurant alternatives) Fitness room: Needs an upgrade but met my minimum expectations Swimming pool and beach: Exelent

The best stay ever. The environment was pleasant and welcoming. The hotel was clean and the room was comfortable. Both check-in and check-out were professionally handled. The staff was great, the manager was very friendly and the food was delicious!

Had an amazing stay! 1 week beginning of July. Where do I start…Great location, is secluded, no other hotel next door and the pebble beach just in front. Excellent service in all depar**ents, very humble and grateful for coming to stay at their hotel. The restaurant manager Antonis is so nice and friendly, expect to be treated as a VIP! Same with the reception and the manager, very attentive and helpful. Panos in the pool bar is so funny,great guy! The food is to die for, so goood! And im very picky. Different buffet everyday, great for vegetarians of course there is plenty of meat aswell. Never had so good desserts, many different kinds, yummy! Make sure to also book Azzuro restaurant, fine dining, and great service. Great sporting facilites with outdoor gym with group training and yoga shala by the beach. Lisa and Emelie are so lovely and great instructors. The only thing that they could improve I think is the standard of the rooms, they are large which is good but could do a fresh up/make over to make them a bit more modern, also for the common areas. But hey, I will come back and think thats the best review. Keep up the good work Cavo Spada !
