I had booked gateway continental kolkota through make my trip from 26 apr to 28 apr 24. Since the booking through another app in another hotel didn't work i have done last minute booking. I got a reasonable price. Hotel is well located near the airport. Hotel is very clean and safe. I travel-led with my daughter. I have been given comfortable twin beds which were quite large in size. Service is worth mentioning. Staff is very courteous and smiling and prompt. Reception staff took less than 5 min for check in. Restaurant was reasonable in price and tasty food. Since my daughter had to give an exam we had to leave early before opening restaurent. Reception staff understood my problem took the order and served breakfast in restaurent. House keeping staff changed the linen timely and any request was attended timely. A safe place to stay with family. Recommend for comfort and value for money

The hotel location is good, but the behavior of the staff mostly the room service is not good. They are disturbing us at night around 2 o'clock by knocking the door.

Decent stay, close to main road itself. Rooms were clean. Staff were really helpful. Parking space is less - not available- if you have your own vehicle. Felt room floor was bit dusty.

The hotel is average. But its obvious in such a crowded place. Very near to airport. No place to park vehicle. But the food is good. The staff are helping nature and takes care of your need. Rooms are small but understandable as it is on the main road. Food is good. For one night transit accommodation it is okay.

We booked 3 people in a single room. There were supposed to be 3 towels in there. But we don't get it.
