"La habitación es muy agradable, el apartamento era lindo, moderno y limpio. Nos quedamos aquí con el paquete de Canterbury que era mágico pero muy cansado, que sería defiantamente volver, pero por más tiempo y ordenar nuestras propias actividades para que no sea tan completo. The picture iv added of my son falling sleep awfully in a chair waiting his husky ride about sums it up 😂 I can't even describe the feeling of staying here, walking up to mountains of snow and being on a ski resort, La cabina del restaurante tenía comida maravillosa, tuvo una mesa a veces, pero el desayuno en el propio resort (algunos lugares se come para el desayuno) había muchas mesas y la selección de comida era grande, me encantó la porridge. El apartamento fue un gran hogar de casa, necesitaba beber el agua de la manga, el mejor de todos los tiempos y tan frío. El apartamento tenía todo lo que necesitaba y nuestros muchachos vivieron la cama de altos montones que fácilmente dormiron 2 niños, la televisión fue una decepción, creo que sólo había un Canal Inglés, pero por suerte el wifi era bueno. ¡Nos quedamos sin saber hasta que nos fuimos a casa del entrenador que desde ese hotel podíamos conseguir un ascensor de esquí en la aldea de Ruka! No dude en reservar aquí, excelente ubicación, habitaciones y comida, muy lujosa."

The three-course dinner — starter, main course, and dessert — was prepared at the highest possible level. Every dish was full of flavor, perfectly balanced, and made with great care. On a scale from 1 to 10, this was easily an 11. The service was exceptional. Our waiter, Flamur, was incredibly professional, friendly, and attentive, making us feel truly welcome. The food is prepared by his wife, and you can clearly feel the passion, love, and skill in every bite — truly top-class homemade cuisine. The property itself is beautiful. The accommodation looks very inviting, with a lovely view, and everything suggests a peaceful and comfortable stay. The restaurant has a unique atmosphere, with a fireplace in the center that creates a warm, cozy, and elegant ambiance. A wonderful place with heart, amazing food, and genuine hospitality. "Facilities: Basic kitchenware and tableware are provided, and there are many cleaning supplies, but some tableware is not clean. Bed sheets and towels are charged per person, or you can bring your own. Shower gel and shampoo are provided. Free parking is available. Cleanliness: Self-cleaning or paid cleaning (49 euros, excluding dishwashing, garbage disposal, and bed making) is available. Self-cleaning includes vacuuming, mopping, cleaning the toilet, washing dishes, garbage disposal, and bed making. Staff will inspect the room after check-out; a 100 euro fine will be imposed for failure to clean properly. Upon check-in, some cups had food residue or coffee stains and were not cleaned properly. There were many loose threads on the bed. Environment: A 30-minute drive from Olranca National Park. There is a mountain bike track nearby. The room was very stuffy in July, reaching 30 degrees Celsius. The ventilation vents were not very effective at cooling down, and there were no windows for ventilation, making it feel like a sauna. The only way to cool down was to leave the door open. Service: A completely self-service rental without a reception desk; you can only contact the host online."
