We had a wonderful time during our stay here. The location, facilities, and services were all top-notch. We were already amazed when we were introduced to the "Chapter" or the Villa area of the hotel. Words could not describe our excitement when we entered the Secret Pool Villa. It was definitely a mesmerizing experience. I always liked to try new hotels but this may be the first hotel that I would return again in the future. PS: Thank you to the front desk staffs on 11/02/24 who helped to prepare a birthday surprise for my wife. She loved the roses very much.

祕密泳池別墅的確是寶藏房型，超級贊，300多平方，一張超大床，一家四口也是睡的下，周邊很熱鬧，出入都很方便。

Loved this hotel. Not cheap but well situated, great room very big and clean and stylish. Gorgeous pool and also right on the beach. Had dinner at the restaurant one night which was also delicious. The gym is well equipped for a quick morning workout and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

We upgraded our room to the Bookmark it was huge, largest bed I’ve ever stayed in. Clean with a Full sized fridge, day bed, lounge area and study desk with Mac PC. Shower was large and water pressure good. Bidet toilet also. We had a jacuzzi in our room which didn’t work consistently. Maintenance had to be called to use it and every morning the water had dropped and was nearly empty, The bathroom lighting needs attention very dark not great to do make up in. Breakfast is a la carte. It’s okay, nothing to rave about. Pool areas exceptional and clean along with the bathrooms in common areas. All in all a great experience and location is top notch for beach and Main Street.

The best part of the property is the pool and the Restaurant page. You do not have to stay here to access pages pool. I stayed on page 7 and the room was large and clean. The bed is a mattress on an elevated floor but it was extremely comfortable. The sheets very soft. Water pressure in shower amazing. The hotel service was fine but not five star worthy. Food at the restaurant was great during dinner. I ordered the Massaman curry with sea bass. Very nice. Highly recommend. Certificates on computer in room need to be updated so I wasn’t able to use. I was able to use the computer at the lobby so that is a plus but if you are expecting five star like St. Regis etc. then you may be disappointed. The part of the beach this hotel is on is swimmiable but not as calm as some other parts )towards the other end past Love beach club). I did like that there were two swimming pools and one was exclusively for hotel guests and they did try to keep casual beach goers and instagramers away. Breakfast was beautiful but room temperature. Not freshly prepared of heated as it could have been. Stay only if you get a good deal under $300 USD per night. I wanted to live it but it was just ok to me.

This is honestly one of the best places I have ever stayed. The secret pool villas are truly beautiful, with your own pool and outdoor hot tubs. The 15ft bed was most probably the main reason we extended our stay from 3 days to 6 days, however the exceptional staff, who go above and beyond, the amazing food and stunning beach location also made our stay truly amazing. I would highly recommend this place and cannot wait to return.

If any hotel deserves to be called a design hotel, it is certainly HTE LIBRARY. Everything has been designed first class and I was completely delighted. The staff is super friendly and very helpful. The hotel is ideal for someone who wants to escape the hustle and bustle of the party mile. Will be back!

Tout a été parfait, du checking au Checkout. Le petit déjeuner est excellent. Le restaurant est excellent. La chambre était parfaite. Spacieuse. Avec une très jolie piscine privée. L’hôtel est idéalement situé. La plage est belle. Il n’y a rien à redire nous y retournerons sans hésiter. Le personnel était très sympathique aussi. L’hôtel n’est pas trop grand, à ta humaine et familial. Franchement nous avons été hyper surpris et hyper satisfait.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel en plein centre de Ko Samui Nous avions réservé une Villa avec Piscine... C'était juste parfait Deux piscines et une plage merveilleuse, une salle fitness, une cinémathèque... Un seul bémol, le petit déjeuner servi à la carte et sur plusieurs jours, cela devient lassant

Hotel de standing avec 2 grandes piscines, accès direct sur la plage . Chambre très spacieuse, propre, très lumineuse. Petit déjeuner à la carte très bien dans l'ensemble. Personnel attentionné. Emplacement dans le bas de Chawen. Endroit calme.
