¡Excelente! ¡Excelente! ¡Excelente! El servicio al cliente es el mejor que he experimentado en una empresa estadounidense. ¡La villa fue un sueño! La vista más hermosa que he experimentado hasta ahora. Las piscinas, el club infantil, los bares, la hora feliz, el restaurante View... todo fue excelente. Es un resort precioso. Mi única queja sería que las comidas infantiles eran de baja calidad, algo inesperado para el Ritz. ¡Sin duda volveré!

La ubicación está bastante alejada de otras instalaciones. Sin embargo, hay privacidad. Habitación como se anuncia en las fotos. Habitación espaciosa.

Probablemente uno de los mejores resorts en los que hemos estado: personal amable, atención al detalle y excelente comida en los restaurantes. El único inconveniente es que está un poco lejos de todo, pero un taxi es fácil de llevar a cualquier lugar. Recomiendo ampliamente el restaurante Pak Tai; la comida y el servicio son de primera.

Me dieron la suite con piscina, no se parece a las fotos. Tenía un área de mucho tráfico hacia donde daba mi piscina, y hay música alta en el restaurante de al lado, lo último que quería cuando esperaba aislarme después de 8 semanas de trabajo duro en la carretera. Faltaba una puerta en mi habitación y el mantenimiento tuvo que volver a instalarla en mi segundo día. El spa nunca estuvo disponible durante mi estadía, y se requieren carritos para ir a cualquier parte del parque (a menos que lo tuyo sea deambular en el calor). El servicio era lento a veces (a menudo regresaba a mi habitación y veía los platos del servicio de habitaciones apilados afuera para una limpieza posterior), pero mi habitación se limpiaba meticulosamente todos los días y el personal de los buggy era increíblemente amable.

We stayed here for a few nights for our honeymoon and the staff made our experience very special. The room was gorgeous and we had an amazing view of the sea. The resort is huge but they offer buggy services 24/7 which made it very easy to get around. We used the free shuttle service to Chaweng Central which was a very convenient way of getting to town and back. I would say the only downside to this resort was how far away it is from everything but the shuttle service definitely helped with this. Overall I would definitely recommend this resort to anyone looking to have a relaxing time in Koh Samui. We will definitely be back in the future!!

Exceptionally good service and well managed facilities, especially for staff like Got and house keeping staff, they are polite, passionate, professional, warm smell and good manner is always there, the muai Thai area and gym are also well equipped, definitely recommended for this hotel

From the moment we arrived at the Ritz Carlton Koh Samui, the staffs greeted us offering cold towels and refreshing drinks as we admired the stunning view by the lobby. The hospitality was genuine and consistent throughout our stay—attentive but never intrusive. 
Our room was spectacular and the view by our balcony were just beautiful. Spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed. The room was thoughtfully laid out with plush bedding, high-end amenities, and floor-to-ceiling windows that let the natural beauty shine in. Everything felt fresh, peaceful, and indulgent. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely invested in making sure every part of our stay was perfect. Whether it was housekeeping, room service, or the concierge, everyone went above and beyond with a smile. Even small requests were handled quickly and with care. The breakfast was delicious and diverse. We enjoyed every meal at the on-site restaurant, which offered a mix of local specialties and international favorites. The breakfast buffet was especially impressive—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented, with something for every palate. The hotel offers everything you need to relax and enjoy. The pool area is gorgeous and peaceful, the spa is serene and expertly run, and the lounge spaces are inviting and stylish. Fast Wi-Fi, great fitness facilities, and excellent room service rounded out the experience. The Ritz Carlton Koh Samui is the kind of place to remember long after you've checked out. It’s perfect for a getaway. With its unbeatable views, warm service, and luxury comforts, it’s easily one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had! 🫶🏼

Room is comfortable, services are good but can improve the cleanliness of the mole spots in the bathroom. The complimentary coconut provided while checking in is very nice and sweet. Breakfast is normal but they do have several of varieties. There are complimentary cocktail hours in the evening and fire show on certain days of the weeks which we enjoyed very much. Overall, a very comfortable stay!

Amazing accommodation! Everything outstanding from service, food to the rooms! Perfect for families. Close to the airport!

Overall a really nice experience here. All the staff we met are super friendly and helpful, the hotel is not very far from the airport and central, which is really convenient. Would recommend to others!

Honestly this is one of my worse experiences with this hotel after so many years. Don’t really give bad reviews but no way am I coming back again.

This hotel is amazing, beautiful rooms. The beach and swimming pool are great. Service can’t be better than that, all the staff is super nice. Breakfast was very tasty. A bit far away from everything so need a car or scooter to go anywhere. We will come back for sure !
