Fui durante el monzón y llovió todos los días. Llueve por la mañana y tarde por la noche y el ambiente es bueno, la playa es hermosa y hay muchas conchas a lo largo de la playa. Si fuera en temporada alta, el mar probablemente sería más bonito. fortaleza - Buena ubicación al lado del mar. En la playa se puede jugar en el agua. Muchos ángulos fotográficos. -Comida deliciosa - El personal de servicio es muy bueno. Aunque hay un pequeño número de personas -La vista desde la habitación es muy buena, con vistas al mar. -El baño es muy espacioso. debilidad -La habitación es bastante antigua. No recibí un reembolso. - Las sábanas estaban muy húmedas y hubo que cambiarlas. Las sábanas son tan viejas que están descompuestas. Las almohadas eran viejas y completamente planas. -El primer día en la habitación no había taza de café. - No hay toalla de baño cuando se juega en el agua de la piscina frente a la habitación. Tus pies deben estar mojados para entrar a la habitación. -Frente a la puerta hay un gecko muy grande. -baño Resumen: Quiero mejorar la habitación. Cuida la renovación para dejarla en mejores condiciones. Es bueno cambiar el juego de cama. Las habitaciones no son nada baratas. Las personas que vienen para quedarse esperan que las condiciones de la habitación sean mejores.

Buenos servicios, comida deliciosa pero hay muchas ratas.

Great resort on a quiet beach, good breakfast included. Perfect spot to relax, this resort is a little out the way to anything else. Need to take motorbike or taxi to other beaches/resorts

Amazing property the hotel was clean with private beach and the staff was fantastic!

The resort has just re-branded. They are developing and improving their resorts , facilities, services. There is high speed internet all area and strength signals. The most strength mobile service signals is AIS but they just equipped more for True/DTAC. The room is clean and comfortable bed. I recommend you bring your soap, shampoo … (Hotel provided but not good enough for me). There is personal beach in the front of resort. It really nice but many big stones. If you would like to swim in the sea, I suggest you swim far from the beach area.

overall is good, nice staff and well service. food is good taste. hotel is closed to the beach. But one disadvantage is we stay 3rd floor and we need ro walked up and down from room to lobby and breakfast room which is quite high and many steps.

It's not that bad like the review i've seen. The hotel is quite old but it not that old; everything still practicable. I've got satisfactory services from very single staff. Front beach is rocky yet still beautiful; i can enjoy incredible sunset.

We were very disappointed with this hotel and part of us was our own fault to look at the reviews on other websites. The hotel's cleanliness fell short of expectations, especially in the rooms -amenities were lacking: the swimming pool’s water was cloudy and there were several tiles missing -breakfast was underwhelming: terrible coffee (tasted like instant coffee) and the food containers did not look particularly clean - the lids of the containers were constantly open and they’re were bugs flying around fruit and other food items at all times. No one during the breakfast service seemed to care about it and maintain things clean. While the surrounding gardens around the villas were beautiful, the overall property is in need of a significant update to match its potential. The rooms are old and in need of repair, as well as in need of new shower heads, curtains, bedsheets, duvet covers and pillows - which were all old looking and very much STAINED. The coffee machine inside of the room was also very very dirty. The beach area in front of the hotel is rocky, and the surrounding beaches are very dirty with litter everywhere. Usually I like enjoying the hotels amenities but with Cham’s House I was staying there as little as I possibly could. I would not recommend this place.

The room and facilities is little bit old. Pretty bad as we cannot go any place as it was rain all day night.

Clean room, beautiful and very large swimming pool, very good service staff, fresh, clean and delicious food in every menu, there is a private beach.

Super friendly and attentive staff !! Highly recommend this hotel very nice view from the room. Worth paying breakfast and free minibar in room

The wCham’s house is a wonderful place , very well located on great beach … But … the staff doesn’t speak very well English ( apart from the responsable persons in every service) . But gettinginformation at the reception is very difficult and getting g the right info at the restaurant ( apart from the menu) is also not possible. The management should really invest in English courses for their staff , as well as invest in the maintenance ( very , very poor) . It looks like that after the pandemic, the owners of Cham’s house want to earn a maximum of money , without investing.. it’s a pity that this wonderful place is loosing it’s glamour ..

The room need to renovate or repaint espacially restroom in the villa. there's lots of water stains on the floor wall ceiling bathtub. Pool is so good. There're many trees around the hotel that make you feel freshing to take adeep breathe i loved it. And the most important thing for all muslim guests is hotel got a halal certificated so you can enjiy your meals here All staffs here is nice and kind to helpful I'll come again if I travel to koh kood
