Clean and comfortable rooms , beautiful location , friendly and efficient staff . Breakfast was superb, swimming pool and beach were lovely. Wish we could have stayed there longer.

Staff were so friendly and very kind. Breakfast very delicious and nothing complain about this resort will be come back next time.

It is an ideal place to relax. The amenities are good with a playroom containing a full-size snooker table, table tennis, pool table and air hockey game. The beaches are not particularly good but there is a decent swimming pool. There is a restaurant with both Thai and western food. Rooms are large, clean, and comfortable It is great for families and couples wishing some relaxing downtime.

It has been an amazing experience! We loved everything about the resort, its location, its breakfasts and especially its serene atmosphere, that brought us to a peaceful retreat, a nature lover’s paradise - peacocks displaying their colours and eyespots fully and wild birds singing as you stroll along spacious grounds or float, swim or leisurely paddle a kayak in the still, protected waters of the resort’s bay. Kayaks and paddle boards are free for the guests, there’s also an almost luxury gym that offers the resort’s guests a variety of equipment, including treadmills, exercise bikes, and many other items. Lots of towels everywhere - in your villa, at the swimming pool and in the gym. The rooms are spacious with stunning views, ours overlooked the sea front. Breakfasts offer a variety of fruit, vegetables, soups, eggs, main dishes, bakery, yogurts, cheese and sausage, drinks - every day different and really delicious. The resort is away from the main road so it is really quiet, the only noise is from the fishing boats that head out to the deeper waters of the bay and then back to the fishermen’s village nearby. There’s a free shuttle that you can book beforehand (even 5 min before) to White Sand beach, it goes three times a day, and to Klong Son Market (every hour), they can also pick you up from the nearest ferry for free if you arrive there on your own. We really loved our stay, every minute of it. Aiapura offers stunning views across the bay and has Koh Kood’s vibes - it is almost an ideal getaway from it all. The only bad thing was that there was someone’s boat in the bay which spoilt our almost perfect vacation and swimming time, they used it whenever they wanted, without considering other people’s feelings or needs, just used the beach as a parking lot for their boat, that was really terrible. Also used the peer as a parking lot for the car. I am not sure if the resort allowed them to do so, but for a week they just did it. But for this particular family everything else was just flawless.

We loved the place! People were super nice and helpful. Especially Mr. Ai who speaks God knows how many languages was the sunshine of our stay. Very humble, cheerful, and helpful. Thank you Ai. Breakfast was delicious every day. As the Resort is rather huge, they provide free transport around the Resort as well as the the White Sand Beach. Very peaceful and lovely Resort with well equipped gym and a swimming pool. Highly recommended place.

Best-suited family with children to stay here. Kayak and gym are plus.

The hotel might be a bit old and the location might not be a plus point but the services and facilities that have been provided are excellent. At the hotel has swimming pool, pool bar, basketball machine, table tennis, kayak and paddle board. There is buggy service which really makes our stay are super convenient. To go outside, they also have the accommodated shuttle bus but since we drove there so we haven't had chance to use their transportation much. Our family was having such a great time there. The owner and his staff are very caring and look after the guests very well. We surely stay in this hotel again if we have chance to visit Koh Chang again.

Came here with a friend for a Christmas holiday and it was great. The guest manager was a delight and he was very personable, helping with breakfast and conversing with guests about places he loved on the island and life in general. He seems to actually love his job which is refreshing. The rooms were delightful and clean and the bath tub was so soothing as was the view. But note that the resort is at the top of the island so if you want to go to beaches like bang bao bay or lonely island you’ll have to hire a car or taxi. Luckily the resort helped us with that. A staffer named Q even helped my friend find a spot for a late night snack. Overall our stay was great. I would suggest adding a vending machine to the resort for snacks when the kitchen is closed as well as maybe having an additional shuttle available for beaches farther away to allow for guests to sign up to pay a travel fee that they could split evenly. (For example, Mondays is lonely island, Tuesdays you may go to bang bao bay etc). Other than that everything was easy and well accommodated. Would definitely stay here again.
