早餐自助非常豐富，吃完飯就適合去旁邊白沙灘看看海，撿貝殼。有兩個泳池，玩水很方便。植被非常茂盛，度假村也很大，家人居住非常適合

We also stayed at another well known resort on the same beach so I have something to compare it to for this review, Centara has better food than Santhiya, and a better beach, but the rooms are worse in my opinion. The food was the best part, they have a Thai set menu for 700 baht *total* for 2 people, and it was very good, and even generous. There is also a seafood set menu for ~1000 baht for 2 which was also totally worth it. Breakfast buffet spread is similar to Santhiya, not much better or worse. After that we stopped going to their restaurant and just went back to the restaurant that's next to Santhiya (west), which is the best restaurant on that beach for Thai food. possibly a top 5 cheap restaurant in Thailand. Anyway the rooms at Centara are weird because the bathroom isn't fully enclosed, the walls don't go all the way up, I dont understand why they did that, I never like when the living area and bathroom are not separated with intention, something I learned to appeciate from the Caucasus/Russia region. So I give 3 stars for that. They should remodel their rooms.

Staff are very kind and helpful.
Hotel feels very old, as well its facilities.
GYM has prehistorical equipments.
For the level of the whole island. It is accepted, as i checked out from 2 different hotels the same day.

Very private resort, suitable for those who needed to relax and to stay in the peaceful environment. The room was clean, and it’s pretty convenience to access the pool. Clothe rack was also provided on the balcony, so there’s no need to worry about the wet clothes. Breakfast was okay but not so much variety of food to select. However, the overall was great. It was a wonderful vacation staying there.

Some stunning views around the hotel grounds but it’s not really a resort. Sure, it’s a big hotel but there is no entertainment or things to do within the hotel. There is a beach and small pool but no night time shows, no daytime activities.
Room was average, not bad but not wow. Definitely not worth the price as it seemed to be built quite an old time ago and just refurnished every now and then. Room had AC which is good.
Location of the hotel was ok as it was close to a Lotus shop and a small high street, this wasn’t a far walk. There are wider issues with the island itself but for as much as the hotel can do, it has done.
Staff are lovely and so kind and helpful.
Overall there definitely needs to be an overhaul on the entertainment side. Most resorts have a dedicated entertainment/animation team that are responsible for putting on shows, planning activities and overall improving guest satisfaction.
