Location is great. It could be cleaner, bathroom wise in my room. There were some issues. Staff is only there sometimes and check-in is automated - if it works. The beds are comfortable though. Within minutes you get a nice view of Mount Fuji, which is great

Nice bar with delicious cocktails.

Guy at check in was very friendly and helpful, bed was clean and comfortable. Toilet/shower is in the room with you, so I was woken by someone having a shower at 3am (god knows why) and I felt too guilty to have a shower at 5.30am when I got up.

AI system was difficult to us so another guest told me how to use it but couldn't clear it then we had to call to owner by own phone because there were not stay there.

垃圾筒堆到滿沒人清，雪櫃有放到乾掉的生食材，前台沒見過有管理人，床頭的木板塵堆到成尺厚 幾年前來過，那時還是一間不錯的hostel，但現在好像已經沒有人管理打掃了

宿泊代を安く抑えたい方専用 それ以上を求めては行けない 宿泊施設内にトイレとバスが付いているが、ユニットバスであり、前回の宿泊者のコンタクトの使い捨てがそのまま残ってたり、ベットの下は、埃とゴミだらけである。 バーも併設されているが、カウンター及び受付のテーブルは、ゴミの山 共用のフリースペースは、使用されたバスタオルが放置状態 食器も放置状態 値段を最優先の方におすすめ

セキュリティガバガバで、自分の寝るベットに他の人が寝てたり（例えば202ならa,b,c,dとあるのでそのアルファベットを見ない人が多い）、レディースのみの部屋に男性がいるという人がいたり、そこは問題です。私は旅行の醍醐味として楽しめたけど、厳しい人には厳しいはず。

Pas de sécurité pour entrer dans l’auberge. La personne qui était dans la même chambre que moi avait l’air d’un sdf vu tous les bagages qu’elle avait et a fait du bruit de 5h du matin à 9h du matin. J’ai donc eu une nuit très courte, il faisait très chaud et la salle de bain de ferme pas à clé, elle était aussi sale et délabrée.
