Ya se han dicho muchas cosas positivas sobre este alojamiento y también nos entusiasmamos en general. En diciembre, tuvimos dos habitaciones diferentes: una en el piso de la planta con un baño muy amplio (muy nuevo) y una habitación más pequeña en el primer piso con un baño relativamente antiguo. Las habitaciones están bien, pero sin duda no son fantásticas: muy fechadas y el agua en el duche en el primer piso no se desahuyen adecuadamente. En la mañana temprana (si recordamos correctamente a las 6:00) las campanas de la iglesia comenzaron a tocar y esto es muy notable si duermes con las ventanas abiertas. La ubicación del hotel está en el borde de (en realidad fuera) Bendorf y es absolutamente fantástica: tranquilamente situado entre los árboles y las colinas y, por lo tanto, un buen punto de partida para varias caminadas. . En combinación con la nieve, esto realmente se sentía como una historia de hadas. La habitación de desayuno es también la zona de check-in y restaurante, a 5 / 10-minute paseo del abuelo. El desayuno es luxuoso y extenso y es posible ordenar artículos adicionales como Como pan extra o té/cafe. También tuvimos cena aquí en la noche y la comida era tan buena. Todo en todo: habitaciones razonables, pero sobre todo un lugar fantástico con buenos desayunos y cenas.

Check in was a lengthy affair, took absolutely ages, there was a guy waiting to pay for a couple of bottles of water from the fridge, I swear the water had gone warm by the time he got chance to pay for them!!! I had read a previous review about the staff and have got to say that one of the girls doing the check in seemed pretty scary, our check in girl was reasonably pleasant but the other made you feel like you were checking into a police cell!!! Anyway, hotel must be quite old but modern looking and well maintained. Decent sized room, clean with mini fridge containing complimentary drinks such as Coca Cola, beer water and a couple of chocolates which was a nice touch, tea and coffee making in the room. The only thing that was a bit odd was that if you opted for no room service (which gave you a voucher for a free drink, which was pushed under your door) someone still entered your room to replenish the fridge. We were staying for 2 nights and opted for this because of the Covid situation. Has air con but really does not work that well, much more cool air coming through the open window, we had it on the coldest setting and highest fan speed and was pretty rubbish. Beds for us were a bit on the firm side and could have done with a topper pad. Nice bar area downstairs and the staff there were extremely friendly. Good parking in multi storey car park which serviced the hotel and I think a conference centre, get your ticket validated for slight discount. I gave a lower star rating only because of the the firm bed, scary staff and bad air conditioning, I am sure that all these things could easily be rectified.

El hotel es excelente en la zona del río Rein, cerca del punto de salida del coche 🚡. Mi habitación es muy adecuada para un viajero, pequeño y delicado, mirando el castillo al otro lado del río. Lamentablely I have to share my terrible experience at this hotel. From the moment I walked through the doors, I knew I had made a terrible choice. The lobby was outdated and shaby, setting the tone for the rest of my stay. The room was a disaster. El hotel está en una zona de la ciudad de Gales, donde se encuentra el centro de la ciudad. La limpieza no era una prioridad, ya que encuentro el pelo en las hojas y la moldura en los rincones. El hotel está muy bien situado, y el hotel está muy bien situado. Las paredes tan finas y los huéspedes rrodos hizo imposible dormir una buena noche. Me sentía como compartir una habitación con el hotel entero. El desayuno que ofrecieron fue una broma absoluta. Pasteles de estaño y café acuático fueron las únicas opciones disponibles. En resumen, mi estancia en este hotel fue un pesadilla. Fue un recuerdo horrible de la importancia de investigar y leer los comentarios antes de reservar alojamiento. No recomendaría este lugar a mi peor enemigo.
