Fantastic view of the harbor from the hotel room, which is located next to a water front park. The hotel is a bit classic but clean and reasonably comfortable. It was a pleasant stay for my family on our one day visit to Kobe.

Muy agradable este hotel tan cerca de la tienda y muchos restaurantes cerca. Estoy muy enamorado de Kobe y este hotel. Voy a presentar a un amigo si van ahí.
También cerca de la sala internacional de Kobe para mí para disfrutar del concierto de Koji y muy fácil de tomar el ferrocarril de transporte .

The view from the hotel room is beautiful. The staff are friendly and the room is clean. However, for parking, do note that the calculation start from 12pm to the next day 12pm for a 24hour period. As I checked in only late at night after 9pm, so this calculation I feel is not so fair as it’s better to calculate based on 24hours just like other parking rates.

Tiene una ubicación geográfica superior, en el distrito de negocios de Kobe Sannomiya, y está a solo unos minutos a pie de los grandes almacenes Daimaru y de la calle comercial Motomachi.
La habitación es normal, no grande. Pero salgo de compras y juego durante el día, y me basta con ducharme y dormir cuando regreso. Después de todo, es nuevo y bastante limpio. La distribución del baño también es razonable. El vestíbulo está en el segundo piso y puedes comprar tus propios artículos de tocador. El desmaquillador, el limpiador, la loción y la emulsión son todos de SEKKISEI, y la loción corporal también es buena.
Frente al hotel se encuentra la tienda insignia de la famosa marca de pasteles en Internet HARBS, que tiene dos plantas y sirve comidas sencillas para comer en el lugar. Sin embargo, la tienda estuvo cerrada por reformas durante todo febrero.
En la esquina opuesta de la calle hay otro postre famoso en Internet, Tooth Tooth, que es un postre francés. El Mont Blanc es delicioso.

It was a lovely hotel- location was great just 3 mins walk from Kobe sanomiya train station. And the hotel looks and smells new. Check in was a breeze via the machine but there is always someone friendly to help. They even have complimentary drinks and dessert each night 8-10pm. The triple room is spacious with enough room to open luggages. A very good find with the price point and location. 24 hour Don DONKI is just opposite the hotel. Will definitely stay again

Hands down best stay so far during my 15 days in Japan and the service is really immaculate. I've been to Japan on several solo trips and this is easily one of the most memorable hotels. The staff are really nice and the hotel room view is incredible. The room they upgraded me to speaks for itself, beautiful bathroom and really good amenities. Although the hotel is situated off the mainland, there is a portliner rail service and also a complementary shuttle service to two of the main stations in Kobe city area. Really value for money.

Enjoy the whole journey at the hotel. Staff are very nice and they provide transport service to pick you up from or to bus station when you check-in or check-out. The hotspring is very good especially the outdoor one. The Japanese style room provides wonderful experience. The meals are incredible.

CCresSoStaffs speak decent English. You should have no problem checking in. Nice staff. They provide shuttle bus between hotel and the bus station, all you have to do is ask the information centre to call the hotel for you and they will pick you up from the station. The private bath IS NOT hot spring tho. But the hot spring, especially the golden one, the outdoor ones are excellent. Great view great feel. The dinner is ok(not bad~and everything is fresh. We were just expecting more. I heard the dinner in your room would be even better but of course you’d also have to pay more) but the breakfast is really good. Again, not that the dinner is bad. Definitely worth the price. If you go to Arima Onsen, the hot spring in the hotel should be enough. Nice experience.

RRubenWe had an amazing stay at Arimasansoh Goshobessho! From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional, with a warm and friendly welcome. The hotel & rooms itself are incredibly comfy and cozy, with a warm, intimate atmosphere and a delightful wood scent that adds to its charm.
The amenities were excellent, and every detail was thoughtfully prepared to ensure a relaxing experience. The breakfast was delicious and exceeded our expectations (very good French toast, and onion soup) such a great way to start the day!
A special thank-you to the hotel staff for their kindness and efficiency in returning the Apple Watch we accidentally left behind—it was much appreciated!
Highly recommend this hotel for a peaceful and memorable getaway.

YYPLLa habitación tiene una mesa de madera para uso común. La escalera era un poco rígida y pequeña por lo tanto se ayudará a llevar a cabo o bajar el check-in/out. Destinada La habitación y la ducha de las mujeres fueron increíbles. Pero, por segundo, está justo al lado del ferrocarril por lo que se ha proporcionado el ataúd. El personal fue tan amable y alegre que te saludó en/ fuera de GH. Oh, ahorro una pequeña cantidad de la vuelta de cablecar+ropeway como el GH tiene alias con Mt Maya. La cena de la noche de hoy es una gran celebración, y la cena de la noche de hoy es una celebración.

We got delayed on our train from Kansai, hence arrived a bit late to Arima, tried to call for shuttle but was unsuccessful hence we run up the hill which we thought was just a small distance, but it was much, we've finally arrived to the hotel at 7:30pm a bit earlier than their published latest check in time of 8:00pm. We were told dinner won't be serve after 7pm, we rushed all the way for nothing. They should have also published that on the website to avoid people like us planning a trip to Arima to experience aside from the onsen but also for the traditional Japanese meals. Anyway, after negotiation they did served us the dinner and it was tasty and sumptuous.
Aside from the small issue about the dinner, this place is clean & quiet, staffs were very nice and attentive, the onsen are relaxing and we got a very good night sleep.
Will still recommend this hotel, but remember to tell them about your arrival time and book the shuttle bus.

La cama es demasiado suave! ¡Sigue siendo seis noches y cambia de pantalones de pelo todos los días! Aunque creo que no hay necesidad de cambiar los artículos de cama para proteger el medio ambiente, hay una sugerencia mejor. Y no cambiar los artículos de cama al menos deberíamos arreglarlos, aunque tendríamos que arreglar los pantalones.
Los dos vivían en dos tarjetas de habitación, uno de los cuales olvidaron un día que habían completado una. No pudieron encontrarla cuando se retiraron, se recibieron 3000 yenes y una tarjeta de habitación utilizada repetidamente se recibió tan cara! ¡Si se recibió, regresé si se encuentra preparado para decirlo más!
El pequeño hotel de negocios, pero además de los problemas anteriores, tiene 24 horas de cálido casino en el segundo piso y el restaurante en el noveno piso también es bueno. El panorama de la noche en el piso de arriba está bien.

No es muy amigable para personas con maletas grandes porque hay que subir escaleras. Hay un patio sinuoso que conduce a una zona apartada en la entrada, donde la gente puede relajarse. La ubicación del hotel está al lado del templo de aguas termales.
Mi habitación está en el primer piso de abajo. Hace mucho frío y el pasillo no es lo suficientemente cálido. También es necesario actualizar el sistema de calefacción de la habitación. Tiene un calentador muy ruidoso pero de poca potencia y una estufa para calentar el fuego. . El baño no se puede calentar, por lo que hace mucho frío. El diseño del baño y los materiales de los herrajes son simples, elegantes y de alta gama. La habitación tiene un tatami clásico, que está bien para dos personas. El área pública de la habitación es un poco estrecha y la maleta está llena cuando está extendida. Las habitaciones en Japón no son grandes, por lo que debes acostumbrarte.
Olvidé si la joven de la recepción es de Fujian o Taiwán. El servicio es súper bueno y considerado. Su voz suave brinda el disfrute más placentero durante todo el viaje. Ella dará muchas sugerencias de viaje y responderá todas las preguntas. Ella dijo que sí. No es exagerado decir que esta tienda tiene alma gracias a esta joven.

MmharsnLa habitación era muy agradable. La cama y la cocina estaban bien, la velocidad de internet era buena. Pero la mesa y todo lo que estaba en ella estaba cubierto de polvo. Está situado entre las dos estaciones principales, pero cerca de ninguna.
Cuando me equivoqué, me pidió que dejara mis maletas con recepción durante 2 horas mientras me fui al desayuno, pero se le dijo que sólo el ingreso de los huéspedes puede comprobar sus maletas ☹️. La construcción está ocurriendo justo a la puerta, así que fue un poco ruido durante el día.
El hotel es un hotel muy agradable, pero necesita una mejora en la limpieza y la amistad con el personal.
