Es una estancia y un hotel agradables, pero no está muy limpio y además no había ninguna botella de agua en la habitación, que normalmente todos los hoteles ofrecen a sus huéspedes.

A 500 metros de la Torre Kobe. Elegimos este hotel porque dispone de una habitación de estilo japonés con onsen público. Es una habitación grande con capacidad para 4-6 personas. Recomiendo al personal del hotel que limpie el aire acondicionado, ya que hay mucho polvo, pero también hay un humidificador en la habitación.

Rooms at 5/F are probably renovated, quite different from upper floors, very nice and spacious
Bathroom way too small though, layout is not quite making sense, long and narrow, not much space near the sink for putting your toiletries/clothes/towels
Our stay was at Christmas eve, got a cute gift from “santa” at the door the next morning ^_^
Location: around 10 min walk from metro station, couldn’t find the front door at first, more signs would help

Hotel itself is ok with up to standard service from hotel staff, room size is typical Japanese budget hotel & acceptable based on Japanese hotel standard, have complimentary hot spring with 2 pools and 10 washing space in such standard and room rate is good enough. Location also ok with only 3 minutes walking distance to the nearest metro station. The only area not feeling good is the public area walkway, lift from hotel to metro with rubbish that no one to clean for 2 days.

it was a nice stay but the room was quite old. the reason i stayed in this hotel was because the gym but apparently not everyone can use it and i think this is something that should be told prior of booking.

Hotel is perfect for family. Kids can experience traditional Japanese living style. Hotel 2nd floor has new opened buffet restaurant with reasonable price 3rd floor has hot spring. Hotel upgrade me to a bigger room and my son like the place we extended our stay for 1 more night. Will book again in the future

For location, is not bad. 10 mins walk from the Main city centre or Chinatown. The hotel service and facilities is great! The room is clean although a little dated but that's typical in Japan tbh.

I like the sauna with 岩盤浴, good that the onsen open the whole night till the morning.
It’s a very old hotel. Cleaning seems requires improvement in my opinion especially for Japanese standard.
Location is not bad but it’s a bit away from main station so quite of a walk.
