Beyond amazing in every way. The staff was accommodating and I loved the laundry service that had my shirts pressed for me.

Great hotel that provides a huge room, amazing service, and a great breakfast. The only shortcoming is that it’s really far from the city centre. You will need to spend about 30 minutes on the train to go downtown.

Hotel is quite old style but spacious. Breakfast is good. Carpark space is enough and there are many restaurants in the hotel building.

Convenient for a business trip in Kobe. Very close to a main train station. There is a swimming pool available to hotel guests, but unfortunately, the information pertaining to the use of the pool was absent, so I did not bring a swim suit and was very disappointed. The information for this hotel should be updated to clarify what the facilities are and what the conditions are (e.g. obligatory swim cap, use of room towels etc). Guests from overseas will be confused and disappointed, as I was.

Good staffs, big and clean room, and location is not bad. Shopping mall is near. Overall is very good.

the location was perfect for a conference I had at KCUFS. the first room smelled like smoke but we moved to another one that was fine. The hotel reminded me of Vegas Tropicana. Surrounding area was very convenient for what I needed. Beds were hard but otherwise everything was fine. thank you.

The hotel is very close to the station, and the location is far from the centre of Kobe. Moreover, the hotel‘s facilities are also a little old, but the restaurant upstairs has a good view and the food is delicious.

The location was really good, there’s a mall right beside the hotel with various food options, it was great specially during the winter to avoid long walks in the cold, my only dislike was the smell in the room, ir had a strong like old smell.

当日の予約でしたが、スムーズに予約できて良かったです。 駐車場はホテルの地下を利用し、チェックイン時に別途800円支払いました。ホテル直結で利便性が良かったです。 アメニティはセルフで、入浴剤がとても良い香りだったのでおすすめです。 ベッドやタオル、パジャマなどは綺麗に揃っていて良かったです。外のイルミネーションがとても綺麗でしたし、近くには飲食店やスーパーもあるので食事には困らない立地でした。 部屋はちょうど良い広さで良かったのですが、部屋についているエアコンに電源を入れるとカビ臭くて使えなかったのが、マイナスポイントかなと思います。 部屋についている電化製品（エアコン、空気清浄機、ドライヤー等）は少し古めなのかなと思いました。

部屋は綺麗で広くてとても快適に過ごすことができました。 朝食のビュッフェもとても美味しく満足でした。 また行く機会があればここで宿泊したいです。

酒店位置在西神中央，出站經過一個小廣場就到酒店。路面寬也平整，對於大熱天提着行李箱的客人來説比較輕鬆。由於是終點站，人少，出行方便。離三宮半小時。房間設施齊全，面積大，乾濕分離，住的舒適。周邊有醫院、葯店、超市、便利店、免税店等就是一個不小的商圈，吃飯購物都能滿足。

西神戶距離神戶巿中心搭地铁40分钟，不是神戶观光打卡的那个概念，也因此这个Oriental Hotel的房費和市中心那个比較便宜好多！优点除了CV值高房間大之外，旁边就有永旺超市、購物中心和許多餐館。缺点除了交通耗时外，房間空调不太给力、下水管道经常发出敲擊声响，深夜比較吓人。
