Valoraciones de Avani+ Koh Lanta Krabi Resort

El ambiente estaba limpio, el personal era amable y el desayuno era abundante; no había nada de qué quejarse.

Un lugar agradable en un entorno perfecto. Un buen lugar para relajarse y disfrutar. La práctica estadounidense de mostrar el precio de la comida o bebida y luego añadir un 10% por el servicio y otro 7% por impuestos es muy molesta.

El hotel es precioso, limpio y ofrece un servicio excelente. El desayuno es delicioso. Nos alojamos en una habitación con vistas al mar, que era espaciosa y tenía una vista preciosa. Está cerca de la piscina y del restaurante en el acantilado con impresionantes vistas al mar. Se puede ir andando directamente a la playa. Es perfecto para relajarse, explorar las islas en coche o hacer una excursión de un día a cuatro islas o a las islas Phi Phi. El complejo es bastante grande y cuenta con un servicio de transporte interno durante todo el día. También hay un gimnasio. Si reserva una habitación, debería contratar también el servicio de traslado gratuito desde el aeropuerto. Si viaja por su cuenta o contrata servicios de traslado adicionales, el precio es bastante elevado.

Un hotel fantástico con habitaciones bien equipadas y un servicio excelente. Agradecemos a K Woody, de recepción, por sus fantásticas recomendaciones y ayuda durante nuestro viaje. El Reggae Bar ofrece impresionantes vistas del atardecer, ¡imprescindible! Las piscinas son grandes, limpias y muy divertidas para nadar. Las habitaciones son limpias y cómodas, con un aire acondicionado excelente. Comentarios constructivos: el desayuno no fue el mejor. En primer lugar, los pasteles estaban rancios y no se retiraban los platos, así que todos los huéspedes se encontraron con montones de platos sucios que no se limpiaban. Además, no todos los conductores y maleteros fueron muy amables. En general, el hotel cumplió con creces las expectativas. Me encantaría volver.

If you like mountain this resort is perfect hide away, there was a small beach but there were many rocks underneath. I wouldn’t call it 5 stars maybe I have stayed in 5 stars luxury resort likes Rayana Resort and Spa . I trusted Avani + brand because I stayed in Avani+ Bangkok before that’s why I chose this. The Resort itself was great for hidden away from the crowds however it felt lack of character and didn’t feel touch or wow when I walked in . The staff looked cold and uncomfortable. I didn’t get my room done until evening I guess when low season they didn’t have enough staffs. I didn’t mind but I felt weird when the housekeeper asked me if I wanted my bed done . If I ever go back to Koh Lanta I wouldn’t stay here again it is not quite relaxing much. TV is not smart TV and even cable channels were terrible 😂 Breakfast was just okay and little boring after second night. It was just experience to stay.

Had a good stay at the Hotel, despite being scared to death at check in by the warning of the monkeys. “They can open the door, so make sure it’s locked and don’t leave any belongings outside”!! Luckily it was just a warning, as it was “monkey season” ! I didn’t see any on the hotel grounds 😰 The staff were very friendly and efficient. Breakfast had a good choice, despite not having many guests. The only negative I would say is that the hotel is a little tired in places and could do with a refurbishment. The gym could also do with a few more pieces of equipment to make it 5 *

Exceptional service and a wonderful stay at Avani+!** We had an amazing stay at Avani+ Koh Lanta! It is truly a high-level hotel, and what stands out the most is the incredible service. From the front desk to the restaurant and room service, the entire staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. The rooms are highly comfortable and well-equipped. The hotel features beautiful pools and a lovely beach, though it’s worth noting that the beach is mostly rocky. A few practical tips for future travelers: * **Location & Transport:** The hotel is relatively isolated, so we highly recommend renting a scooter or a car to explore the island. The agent at the receptionist was incredibly friendly and helped us arrange everything w good prices. * **Layout:** The resort is built on a hill, so walking around can be a bit challenging with some steep climbs. However, this isn't an issue at all because you can easily call the hotel's free buggy service to take you anywhere. Overall, this is a highly recommended hotel and definitely one of the best on the island. We would love to come back!

The accommodation has a very beautiful view, and the staff are lovely and extremely helpful. However, the room is a bit old. The food is rather bland. Overall, it’s quite good.

Great service, just note that this is a little bit further down from the Long Beach (which is more or less unaffected by the low tide). But you can easily get access to a lot of amenities which the hotel can help arrange for you. Everyone is very nice, buggy access is always speedy and convenient. 

Absolutely impeccable. We stayed for 5 nights as a family with a 6yo child. We were more than satisfied from the first second to the last. Checkin was very friendly with welcome drink and we received a free upgrade to a seaview room with pool access. The breakfast was great, a wide array of Thai and European food. We also had dinner there several times, which was also of a very good quality. The sports offers (Pilates, Yoga, Thai Boxing etx.) is 5star worthy, also the craft offers at the kids club was great for my daughter, although there were almost no other children using the kids club. The room and the cleanliness leave nothing to desire, the staff was always friendly. I there was one thing to critisize, it would be the A/C, which was broken once, and for my liking is too cold and directed to the bed. Also there was a hint of a mouldy smell coming from the A/C when on. But that is complaining at the highest level.

This is such an amazing Hotel, the Room with Pool access was great and the staff super friendly. We would love to come back in the future.

Lovely resort Peaceful

We had a great stay. Our room was very clean, modern and spacious. The pools were big and not at all crowded, so perfect for relaxing. The pool bar and restaurant staff were very friendly, making us feel very welcome. The reception team were also very helpful with our requests. Good breakfast. Location was also ideal - quiet and felt in nature. Easy access to both a private and public beach. The public beach leads to lots of bars and restaurants (some with fireshows) within about 10 to 15 minutes of walking which is great at sunset / in the evenings. We would definitely reccomend / wish to visit again !
