Nice property for an extended stay with nice kitchenette and laundry area. Perfectly fit the needs for this stay!

The property seemed to be pretty new, so that was nice, but we called it the "NO" hotel. I'll explain. They had NO hairdryer, even after we called the front desk, NO coffee, with the exception of decaf. We were told the day before there would be no coffee because they were out! (Was the grocery store out as well??). The had 2 very, very, wimpy pillows on the bed, 1 soap bar so we had to keep moving it from the bathroom to the kitchenette, NO coffee maker in the room, NO hair conditioner. NO front desk person until later in the morning... I guess you get what you pay for!

The front desk isn't manned overnight. There's only complimentary coffee and hot chocolate; however, the rooms do have kitchenettes. There aren't any utensils or dishes available to use. It may be nice to have a toaster and coffee maker in the room.

Dislike having a kitchen area in a hotel but no dishes, or silverware or anything but a sign saying I can “purchase some” like wth. Stayed 5 nights and I didn’t stay “long enough” to have my room cleaned or towels changed. Hotel lobby had a bunch of fans everywhere and it was just meh!

It says you can check in at any time but you can't. If you get there after 9pm no one will be at the front desk and you can't check in. This could have caused major issues on our trip but luckily the guy who was locking up when we got there was able to check us in as he was leaving. We had no idea that the front desk would close at 9pm. I have never even heard of a hotel that closes the front desk. Totally insane. Once checked in, the room was very plasticy and not very homey or comfortable. It was also very dirty. The bathroom had ***** hair everywhere and the soap from the last guest was still at the bathroom sink!!! Gross!!! There were also little dirty spots around the room that made it obvious it had not been cleaned properly. If you plan to stay here for an extended stay make sure you bring EVERYTHING (including utensils) for the kitchen because there was absolutlely nothing in there. I have a lot of patience when it comes to hotel quality as long as the price is there but this was a terrible experience. Will not come anywhere near here again.

The property is located in a relatively safe area, everything was clean and I liked that the rooms were not carpeted. We were only there for 2 nights. You should know that the hotel front desk is only open from 9A to 9P. The rooms do not come with typical hotel amenities including hair conditioner, hair dryer, cups for drinking water or coffee. There was the tiniest bottle of shampoo w/conditioner and a small bar of soap. I have never used a shampoo/conditioner combination and been able to run a comb through my hair afterward, so why they still make that stuff is beyond me! They should just call it shampoo because that’s all it really is. For an extended stay place, one would expect some basics like plates, cups, silverware, dish soap, etc., but there was none. There were not enough pillows per bed and the beds did not have a box spring, so they were very low to the ground…and squeaky/creaky. The walls were paper thin and I could hear the people in the room next to us talking all night while I tried to call asleep.

Room was clean, staff was very nice, good restaurants close to the hotel. Hotel was right off the interstate which made coming and going very easy. Would definitely stay again if I’m ever back in the area.

We stayed here because it was the cheapest place not far from Gatlinburg. Not much to offer here at all. No pool, no breakfast (that was okay though) but no one to even talk to about problems. Fine if you’re looking for a place to shower, it was decent. Couldn’t even relax here. The beds were hard as a rock and I use to sleep on the floor growing up. For a room that was suppose to be a Queen or King bed - the bed measures as a full (yes we measured). My feet hung off and I am only average female height. They spent more time adding full size appliances to this place (that we didn’t use) than the comfort of the bed. After day one I wanted to talk to someone about canceling the remainder of our stay because I could not sleep - no one to talk to. It was clean, but those beds need an update. $200 a night was a waste of my money. Only plus that sams club and Walmart are literally across the street.

Great place to stay for extended periods and need a kitchen. Large rooms and very clean
