Está en el lugar que pasa por la Nueva Ciudad (nuevo Mardin). También se va a la antigua Mardin durante 10 minutos. La limpieza es muy buena. Las camas y los cuchillos son muy cómodos. No hemos comido, por lo tanto no puedo comentar. Añadiré una foto de mi vista de la habitación. Me olvidé de mi corte de pelo en el hotel. Mehmet, el director de servicios de alta calidad, y gracias a la familia Hilton Garden Inn.

Este es un edificio antiguo increíble situado en el centro de la antigua Mardin, a poca distancia a pie de muchas vistas interesantes, además de tiendas y restaurantes en la puerta. Ein sehr schönes und zentral gelegenes Hotel. Sehr traditionell und edel eingerichtet. Wir hatten Zimmer mit Ausblick auf das Flachland Mesopotamiens. Hammer Ausblick, wo man das Gefühl hat...dass man auf das Meer schaut. Die wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Sehr freundlich und zuvorkommendes Personal. Ein super leckeres Frühstück, auch das Abendessen war hervorragend lecker. Das Hotel hat eigene Parkplätze und das Auto wird vom Personal eingeparkt. Es ist einfach Empfehlenswert !!

My husband and I stayed for 3 nights in this beautiful mansion and words alone cannot express our experience. A truely unforgettable one. The attention to detail, cleanliness, spotless bathroom, presentation of rooms, delicious cuisine, and the most kindest and considerate staff I have come across in Turkey. Genuine hospitality like we have never experienced before. Our needs were met in every way and beyond, right down to organising a private driver to tour us, taking us to all the places we wanted to visit in our short stay. Honestly there is no way this could have been achieved without your help and effort. I am most greatful for having crossed paths with you all, Mr Mahmut Bey, Mr Servet Bey, Mrs Dilber Hanim and our most attentive Mr Bulent Bey who served us breakfast every morning and made us feel so special as well as the chef and cleaning staff… and heartfelt thanks to Mr Kiasim Bey for driving us and showing us all around Mardin and Midyat. Thank You for everything you all did for us, it was very much appreciated! Our holiday in Turkey this time was 2 months long visiting many different locations and places, all the way from Australia. Mardin however was something else, and really stood out amongst the rest. If you are looking for a historical & culturally rich experience please don’t bypass this place, but especially don’t overlook this mansion. I must add that we dined in the hotel restaurant one evening and the the food was like nothing we have experienced during our times in Turkey. This was definitely on another level. Absolutely delicious, using the finest of products and quality that is truely unsurpassed . After your stay, I can assure you, you will not leave disappointed but feeling overwhelmed by the beauty and charm of this place. I personally was left emotional and humbled by the history of this place, the heartfelt hospitality and the kindness of each and every staff member. Disacuerdo. Los números son buenos, pero algunos puntos requieren un control de reparación/adicional. La limpieza podría ser mejor, algunos medios cosméticos estaban desaparecidos, papel higiénico, por ejemplo, toalla sucia del suelo simplemente colgado a limpiar, el baño no se limpió (tal vez no limpiar todos los días, sólo paramos 2 noches). El desayuno es terrible, durante 2 días fue al café a la puerta de la puerta. Pero! Personal super! Responsable, sonriente, listo para ayudar en cualquier caso. Y un hermoso bar en el segundo piso.

29 Nisan-1 Mayıs 2023 tarihleri arasında Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Mardin’de konakladık. Odaların temizliği çok iyiydi. Kahvaltı ve yemekler çok lezzetliydi. Personelin güleryüzlü tutumu, resepsiyonda yöresel ikramların bulunması, otelin konumu tek kelimeyle mükemmeldi. Mardin’de bize kendimizi evimizde hissettiren Ramada Plaza oteline ve çalışanlarına teşekkürlerimizle, tekrar görüşmek ümidiyle.
