"A convenient place to spend a night in Kitale. The rooms are spacious, and the service was good. The downside is that the rooms need a touch-up. Mostly the bathrooms and the floors would do with a bit of polishing. Our experience was good."

"Very helpful desk. Didn't have hot water for a shower all week and my sink barely worked. They came and fixed the shower, but the sink remains. Barking dogs on the east side kept me up most of the night. Food is excellent. Breakfast was slow in coming. Our waiter, CALEB...give the man a raise. Best service I have ever had. Hot towels...OMG...after lecturing all day....heaven. Overall, good stay for a place in West Kenya. I'd go back. "
