Terrible customer service. Would rather stay on a park bench

It is a Quiet place in the middle of a lot of noise around, not smoking insidie hotel premises, not even in the parking lot. Pet friendly

Good please to stay and they include breakfast.

We stayed for a weekend to rest and it was imposible to sleep. People walking up and down screaming, laughing and running in the halls non stop.

You can tell it’s recently been upgraded. They did a great job. 4 stars because the couch in our room was pretty nasty. Free Breakfast buffet was good. Oatmeal was amazing. A very friendly staff. Soft beds. Awesome bathroom mirrors. It reminded me of being in Cancun.

This is a very good middle of the road hotel/motel in Orlando. The biggest downside is a resort fee for, well, nothing. The breakfast is nothing but sugar. The upside is that this place is centrally located, very clean, newly renovated, and seems to have a lot to do. I would not visit in the summer without bug spray. I would stay here again without the resort fee.

Not sure how this hotel got an eight rating it was very noisy. Definitely not an eight.

Very noisy. Can only check in from 4-10 pm without extra charges. I was there at 3pm and asked to check in (just pay fees and get room key) did not need to access the room but I was told it would be an extra charge and if I showed up after 10 it would be an extra charge. Ridiculous

Very nice hotel...a lot of pros! However, my cons were the current renovation being done at the hotel. They allowed contractors to just work right at my door, was not informed of the disturbance. Thought someone was knocking while my family and I were napping. Thought that was inconsiderate and rude. The continental breakfast was great (not your average type of continental style), was buffet style with an option to order other items for a few. They also have room service for lunch and dinner as well for a fee. They have a couple kid options available as well. Don't hesitate to visit this nice place, you and your family will love it.

Everything was as expected and neat and surprisingly clean breakfast was great and prices fair

Cons: We recently stayed Thursday through Monday and never even received one room refresh as requested multiple times. Only 2 towels for a booking of 4 guests. Housekeeping staff spent more time on their cell phones in hallway than actually cleaning rooms. Curtains were filthy. Cockroach in bathroom. Greeting staff not friendly. Ants in the kids play area. Sketchy surroundings. Pro: price is decent.

My wife and I stayed here for our 26th wedding anniversary. This location is still going thru some remodeling but it looks pretty good. There is only 1 elevator which slows down leaving/returning. The key card to our room didnt work upon arrival. They had to change the batteries in the unit. Every day after we had to go and get the key card reprogrammed. They tell you not to put it in your wallet or near your phone which we did and still the same issue. The tv only catches 3 channels, if you have a Firestick or Apple TV box you may wanna bring it. The bed was comfortable. Fridge in room no microwave. Overall a good getaway. Will come back again to see if the remodeled version is better.

The room was very spacious but simple. Not mirror in the room just in the bathroom. The fan and lights in the bathroom turn on itself very annoying noise. The hotel lobby was very cute but the other areas was basic and nothing to impress. Good for a quick night sleep not to stay long stay.
