酒店職員態度親切有禮，酒店內的私人風呂溫泉很有特色，早餐很豐富、選擇多！房間舒適寬敞，露台有個小浴池！酒店雖然比較舊但很整潔企理。

Its a good place as a onsen resort hotel. The onsens are really good. The food is so so but they provide free flow ramen and ice-pop at night as supper and snack. The room is spacious, clean and quiet. There is a private onsen tub at the balcony of our room. It is so nice to enjoy it in the breezy spring. It will be better if you have own car to stay here. There do not have much choice of public transport direct to the hotel. But hotel staffs are also helpful to assist you to grab a taxi to any scenic spots nearby. The taxi drivers are all very nice. Even they can not speak english well, they tried very best to drive slowly when we pass by beautiful sakura park and use simple english to introduce few scenic places. The hotel limousine provided us one way when we arrived the jingu station and one way when we checked out from the hotel to jingu for free. I like their service and have great stays here!

餐食很不錯，就是有點偏。周圍沒有什麼景點，霧島很無聊

The vibe and the view is really chill, the staffs are nice.

房間非常大，住久了温泉酒店，住住這種洋式的就很不錯，下次還會來，離各個景點也都很近，温泉池也挺多，私湯有三個也不用預約，進去自動亮燈使用中

因看過其他評語，所以訂了這間酒店，房間有私人浴缸🛁浸溫泉，超正！至於公眾私人溫泉和大浴池，環境都超正舒適。酒店餐廳的意大利晚餐色香味俱全👍🏻。如要外出食其他餐廳和便利店買小食飲品，就要步行十分鐘，但要行車路，夜晚沒有街燈，會比較危險❗️總括酒店🏨質素整體好好，只是交通不方便。如果酒店有穿梭巴士接駁車站或機場就好了。

I love the three private onsen. They are on first come first serve basis without reservation needed. People mostly will finish their session within 45mins basically so I have the chance to try all three private rooms. They all have good views and allow group of 2-5 people basically. The interior design is magnificent and gorgeous. One of the room even can gaze stars directly from the onsen tub. My stay here is comfortable. Didn't have the chance to try the onsen in room. The breakfast is Japanese and Western style. Taste good and look very appetizing. The view from the restaurant is beautiful either. Will definitely recommend adding the breakfast buffet but note that the time for breakfast is 07:00-09:30 (L.O. 09:00) if you're not an early bird.

The hotel is very well equipped with mineral baths in each room on the balcony (has to be outside as the water smells quite sulpherous) . The Onsen was one of the best I have experienced in Japan with lots of pools, water features and a generally really relaxing atmosphere. The restaurant serves amazing food - both western and Japanese, with 6 course meals each night of an extremely high quality and well worth the half-board costs. There free parking and it’s a short drive to the volcanos if you want to go walking or admire the views

溫泉有三間私人間，可供情侶，家庭一起使用，另外今次訂的房間內都有溫泉可泡，激讚，位置上酒店在巴士站旁有條小路步行約5分鐘就到達，非常方便，下次再去霧島一定再入住，非常推薦

超級推介酒店之一，首先一泊兩食有驚喜，即酒店職員態度超好，執房個叔叔都勁Nice ，仲要提我哋要鎖門，即使語言都係有少少阻礙，要用Google Translate幫手，都無阻我嘅體驗👍🏻然後私人風呂勁舒服，有三款私人風呂，不過唔夠時間，所以淨係試咗兩款🥹

十分適用家庭旅客！ 環境十分大，可以留足一整天，不用外出。 溫泉 十分乾淨及設施充足！4間桑那房！

Love the private outdoor bath on the balcony! The food was good. We had both Western and Japanese dinners, but I'd go for the Japanese set if we only had one day. Breakfast was plentiful. Parking was easy. The room looked a little aged, but it was clean and well maintained.

quite nice expereince. Nice Italian crusine dinner along with Western decro make us suprise in Japan.
