The hosts at the property were well behaved, decent rooms, good food, overall great stay! basic amenities could be improved a little.

The only good thing about the property is the view of the kinnaur kailash peak from the terrace and table tennis table. There will be no internet on 2nd or 3rd floor of the property. Further, the staff is not at all prompt in providing service. Also i ordered tea and it was not at all provided. You need to follow up alot for the things to get done. Not at all worth to the charge you pay for the property.

Property is decent at such a height. Breathtaking view from rooms. Rooms and food is above average. Staff is very friendly

Booked 2 rooms. Wanted 2 days stay but the hotel was booked for a group for 2nd day. Had lunch and breakfast at the hotel and the food was satisfactory. View from the room was excellent.

stayed in executive room at 4th floor.. but executive room does not have a balcony or direct view to outside.. had access to terrace from where we get a good view. there is no lift but staff are there to take luggage.

Nice location, with a great view of kinnaur kailash. An indoor game facility is available. The rooms are very clean. Staffs behaviour are very polite and nice.

We not stay the hotel hotel look ******* and there is no manager they did not entry us in there register manager talk to us in phone horrible experience we book valley view but they were asking 2000 extra for valley view

Stay was comfortable but no room service which is very unfortunate. For small small thuna we need to go o reception to downstair. Unsatisfactory.
