What is most important to me when I go to a hotel, is the experience. Rok Hotel Kingston went above and beyond to make sure that I had the best experience possible. Some of the team that contributed to making my stay most enjoyable, Monife - Front Office Agent, Keenan the Head Chef, who went above and beyond to making sure that my Father and I had the best possible lunch experience. Stacy Ann - Dining Room Server, smiled, served and made sure that we enjoyed our meal, Nickesha - Front Office Manager reached out to make sure that ALL was ok, Shantol was our bartender who surprised us with delicious and flavorful beverages. Rarely do you experience so many employees in one place making sure that you are having the best time, and I highly recommend this hotel for your getaway needs. BRAVO Rok Hilton staff!! Well done.

From the moment of making our reservation, this hotel was very accommodative. Provided extra information on the Jamaica Carnival - thank you Farah! Monique was very professional in chec king us in. The ladies in the Housekeeping Department were very great & attentive to our needs. Paulette went above & beyond to ensure we had all we needed for a great trip! Kudos to all! Keep on striving for excellence!!!

Precio/prestación son correctos. Por lo tanto, la evaluación es muy buena. Alojamiento seguro, limpio, pequeño con un poco de potencial de renovación. A 5 minutos a pie del Museo Bob Marley. Parking gratuito en el terreno cerrado, una agradable recepción y un portador previo. El refrigerador de bebidas está cerrado por la noche, no está disponible. Es útil proporcionar bebidas y snacks antes de la entrada. El desayuno no se ofreció en diciembre de 2022 (aún). Un resto de tiempos de corona. Dado que no hay supermercado ni kiosk en el entorno de pie, sólo queda el tanque para lo más necesario por la mañana, antes de continuar el viaje. Muy despierto. Donde incluso empiezo. Inicialmente hizo la reserva con Paula que insistió que por terra nova política pagamos 3000 por cabeza para confirmar la reserva. Le dimos nuestra orden y nuestro apetito llevó 42 minutos a llegar a nuestra mesa. No mencionar, dos de ellos que tuve que recordarle. Para entrar ordenamos 3 raca de ovino, pollo y filete de dulce. Todo probó quemado y muy difícil de masticar. Tuvimos que traer de vuelta 2 de nuestras bebidas.
