So disappointed to write this but PI have failed to acknowledge my previous formal complaint. Generally this is a very average PI and I had quite a small room, however I encountered a litany of issues during my 3 night stay in February that prompted my complaints. These included, no heating at all for the whole stay despite raising the issue twice with staff and then trying to work in the room while it was cold was not tolerable. Poor wifi on 2nd evening and no internet/wifi on the 3rd evening even after asking for an ultimate wifi voucher twice, neither worked, so gave up! It didnt help when the all the fire alarms went off at 6am one morning and no-one came round to communicate any action/non-action. Unfortunately the car park was also covered in litter and rubbish and I think this is a metaphor for the management at this PI hotel, i.e a laissez-faire attitude to facilities maintenance and customer service. I stay at many PI's all over England for work all year-round and on the rare occasion that I do have an issue, its normally dealt with promptly by on-site staff. Unfortunately this did not happen at Kings Langley.
