Muy buen hotel. Este hotel está situado en el Parque Nacional de Killarney, el hotel junto al lago tiene un hermoso paisaje. El desayuno también es muy bueno. El servicio del hotel, ya sea en la recepción o en el restaurante, es impecable y perfecto.

The rooms are Clean and comfortable centrally located in the town. Breakfast had the usual fair. On checking you are asked to pay for stay upfront which is fine but just weren't aware. I had booked a twin and when went to the room this was a King bed. There was no issue when I requested the bed type to be changed. Overall a nice stay

Estuvimos mi mujer mi bebe y yo 5 noches. . Personal: Hay que destacar la amabilidad y la atención de todo el personal, excepcional, muy atentos y amables. Atendieron todas nuestras necesidades rápidamente y muy profesionalmente. Localización: Es muy céntrico, a solo unos minutos andando del centro del pueblo. Instalaciones: Para llegar a nuestra habitación en el primer piso teníamos que sortear diversos tramos de escaleras todos los días con el carrito del bebe, bastante incomodo. Aun teniendo ascensor no puedes evitarlas, al menos para llegar a nuestra habitación ”signature” en el primer piso. Tampoco tienen ascensor desde el parking subterráneo, debes de subir hasta la entrada del hotel, bien por un tramo de escaleras bastante importante o bien por la rampa de los coches. La piscina esta bien. Zonas comunes: Mobiliario muy viejo, y en mi opinion, a falta de una renovación, pintura, muebles, moquetas, etc. Habitación: Ciertamente una decepción, pagamos extra por una habitación signature, los atractivos eran básicamente vistas a la montaña y una ”power shower”. La montaña se veía, muy bonita por cierto, pero también un par de gasolineras y un parking. La ducha es una alcachofa anclada a la pared con una presión a ratos muy escasa, llegándose a apagar en ocasiones, mobiliario muy antiguo y todo, pintura, moquetas, ventanas, etc a falta de una renovación a fondo. Comida: Tanto desayuno como cena francamente mejorables.

Excelente para visitar Killarney y la zona circundante. 20 minutos a pie de la ciudad. En la carretera principal que fue ruidoso desde los cuartos de balcón así recordar si quieres más paz va por la espalda. Un hotel relajado y amigable.

Overall we enjoyed our stay- particularly the staff at the restaurants were amazing and really made great efforts and attention to details. But, for what it is, it is very overpriced. We booked two Victorian suited which were very expensive as it was a special treat for our parents. But, the two suites were nowhere near comparable. One had a lovely view, the other looked out over the bins. One had aircon, the other didn't. One no dressing room but only a rickety old wardrobe which was falling apart. One was lovely and quiet while the other was next to a housekeeping cupboard and the lift which kept us up all night and was noisy all day. Our TV was also miniscule and we couldn't even look anywhere in it's direction from neither the bed nor the couch. We asked to change rooms which eventually (and after a lot of running and searching for staff) happened but we wasted much of a day organising this. The spa and pool are nice (though not 5 star) but to get to them, you have to walk through their event's area where there was weddings on when we were there. Very awkward to have to walk through for everyone involved, especially with kids, bathrobes and pool toys ... Surely there can be different acces to the pool and spa area!? They advertise with being family friendly but the playground is average and the fairy trial is sadly been abandoned and not looked after. Upon checkout we noticed a discrepancy in our bill of over 400 Euros! It took a good 15-20 minutes to sort this out and we never even got an explantion nor an apology. I also did feedback via email which again got no response. Again, overall it was a nice stay but not for the money we paid. It wants to be a Deluxe Hotel but sadly isn't anywhere near that overall. The hotel and some of the staff (mostly at the reception) need an update and more training.

El pequeño hotel es hermoso, las instalaciones de la habitación son un poco viejas, el desayuno es muy bueno, la mitad de la autobús y la mitad de la comida, tanto a las medias como a las medias autobús, son de primera clase en el desayuno británico, y el sector del servicio es bastante bueno.

Location is a little bit outside the town center. Unfortunately, rooms do not have any air-conditioning, but Hotel will offer to use of a small fan. Staff at this hotel are particularly friendly and helpful, but in my opinion are limited by the age of the building.
