Fab hotel. Very well presented and beautifully decorated for Christmas. Lovely atmosphere and the room was beautiful. Very central.

Had two night stay. Great location. The breakfast staff were very accommodating & sweet! We stayed as a large group & they had a free drink for us as they got our luggage to our rooms, which was very thoughtful. Laundry was a bit pricey. Room was spacious & bed was comfortable. A/C was finicky & musty damp smell in my room.

My parents stayed. I Ordered a bottle of wine for my dad's birthday, to be given to him at his meal. The staff of the Killarney Royal Hotel went above and beyond by leaving petit fors and a message in the bedroom on check-in and delivering the wine with a card at the meal. Amazing service. Thank you

Went here for Dinner with my brother. The food was absolutely exquisite! I ordered the mushroom risotto and it was probably one of the best risottos I've ever tasted. It really was divine. The staff in the bar couldn't of been anymore obliging and helpful towards us. I'd definitely recommend anyone in the local area giving this place a try for food. It was 10/10. It's definitely worth a visit! I will be back for sure! 🍽 ❤️

We stay here every year for a conference in February (apologies for my late review) and it is one of our favourite hotels. Smaller and with more personality than the bigger hotels, excellent customer service, gorgeous beds, great showers, superb breakfasts and THE best customer service in Killarney. Special shout out to John the night porter and Joanne (i think) who looked after me with a take away breakfast when we had to leave early. As a hotel you should be proud of the jobs all the staff do, there is such a lovely atmosphere here because of them but clearly it comes from the top and management play their part too. See you next year......

The staff at royal hotel in Killarney Is outstanding! Welcome crew of Veronica at check in To Joann at breakfast and the greet of John at nighttime makes this the place to stay. Joe Scally the owner was so personable .This place is a true gem!!

This hotel is exemplary. The hotel room was spotless and the breakfast was superb! Their attention to detail and clear customer consideration ranks them as one of the nicest hotels where we have stayed. The staff was friendly and attentive. Very highly recommend.

The service in the Royal Killarney is excellent- very professional, helpful and friendly. The food was superb across 3 breakfasts, dinner in the Bistro and dinner in the Candle Room. The homemade Guinness Bread is just so delicious. All the staff were very welcoming and charming. Joanne in particular, was a wee gem at breakfast time, full of local knowledge and helpful tips for our time in Killarney. The hotel is very central, 5 mins to the train station and right in the town centre. We’ll be back!

Went with my mum for two nights. Great experience from start to finish. Arrived early room we were upgraded and room was ready. Booked evening dinner and they could not be more helpful. Excellent location not too far for my mum to walk. Will not hesitate to go again.
