It was a very clean place with a very large kitchen area. The bed is comfortable and a good size—I loved it. The quilt/cover and pillows were clean, and the towels were very clean as well. The room has a balcony and is a very good size, with plenty of storage. The bathroom and toilet are very clean and well designed. It would be perfect for a family with kids. The air conditioning is in a perfect position, with no cold air blowing directly onto your face while sleeping. There is also a good breakfast area. The staff team are very friendly. I would give this place 10 out of 10. If I come back, I will definitely stay here again.

I've already been here more than four times. The reason I go so often is because it's so good. The rooms are large, and smoking is allowed on the balcony. It's quiet and noise-free. It's definitely not the staff or family. ^^

The staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and very comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was delicious . Plenty of fresh fruit .

Our recent stay did not meet our previous expectations. We have stayed in this hotel several times and usually have a good experience here. However, this time the room we were put in was very uncomfortable and we were not able to switch rooms for some reason. Staff was not as helpful as previous times which also added to our unpleasant experience. We ended up checking out early and switching to a different hotel as my wife and son had trouble sleeping here due to the room issue. Once we switched hotels we all slept very well. That aside this is a good hotel for a quick stay. Location is good and there is a nice laundry facility next door.

We are coming here every time we go to Khon Kaen, and we stay always 10-15days, I like this hotel. But this time we there was an issue with the floor if the room, that was exploding and we must to change room at 6am. No one sorry, no one helped us, nothing.. I'm very not happy with the way to solve this issue.

Stayed 9 nights in family suite. Room was great. Shower and bathroom very good. Breakfast was good for a 3 star hotel. Front desk and cleaning staff very friendly and efficient.

Offers a quiet and comfortable stay at a great value. The rooms are clean and well-equipped, with an elevator for convenience. The location is convenient, near restaurants and shops, and the breakfast is excellent with good variety. A solid choice for both business and leisure travelers.
