It was a bit old, but it suited my needs well and offered good value for the price. The location is close to the city center, making it convenient to get around in any direction. The next time I visit KK, I will definitely book this place again.

Amazing location just 10 minutes stroll from the night market and 3 minutes walk to the train station there are plenty of food options and convenience stores near the hotel. No problem getting a grab taxi or bolt to get around.

I love the peace and quiet of this hotel and the cozy beds there. With a full array of restaurants all in walking distance as well as many food stalls around the street by the hotel.

The hotel was very central to the main town. A little tired and could do with a refresh but clean and served our purpose.

Very good location and value for money. Remember not to expect luxury for such low price.

Hotel is in dire need of renovation. But the room was maintained best to its condition. Bed was clean, and bathroom was majority clean. Can't complain for the price.

It’s old bathroom is smaller than should be allowed pigeons make noise front desk did not have reservation ready, and there was no ability or willingness to communicate with the customer prior to arrival. Other than that it was a wonderful experience.

Unfortunately, it looks like the management doesn't care about the customer's health. I understand this is a budget hotel, with fair prices, but they should at least focus on cleaning the rooms properly. Stained bed sheets, towels and mould all over the bedroom as you can see in pictures.
