Nice, clean property, could use some building maintenance, (electrical switches). Grounds nice, friendly & helpful staff. Pool area very comfortable & clean. Easy walking distance to Duvall St without all the noise. Loved this part of our vacation the most. I would stay here again.

The location was perfect. Close to everything you wanted to experience in Key West. However, the rooms and bathrooms were small.The rooms facing the street were very noisy late at night. The room was not what we expected at all. The cold water handle from the bathroom sink fell off in my hand when I turned it on.The light over the sink had a light out. The shower was large but had close to zero water pressure.

We enjoyed our stay at kimptons. We have stayed there before in the past and really enjoyed seeing Jeffrey the cat! I believe the girl named Jenny was very helpful and gave us a lot of info about key west. We will definitely be back

The very warm welcome was extraordinary. We felt like being valued guests and the man at the reception took good care of us. Welcome drinks for the kids and us as well as showing us the most important locations in the hotel AND best thing: we got a little upgrade for free that we 4 didn’t have to sleep in the same room. Very sweet and original cottage

Welcome (Arturo) was wonderful, all down hill from there without him. Room in day light is not thoroughly cleaned. Bedding was OK, however, bedside tables, floor, fridge/TV cabinet and trash cans were crawling with ants. I asked for garbage cans to be wiped down, but ants persisted the entire stay. Cat fece land mines all over property and strong smell of urine close to our patio throughout stay. Walls in back bedroom are filthy with something brownish in color along the walls (only noticed second evening). No pool towels 2nd- no staff on site. Loose tiles in dining area in kitchen are an extreme tripping hazard. Children tripped several times during breakfast. Called hotel in advance about pack and play for our infant. Front desk said some were in better shape than others, eluding that theres more than one on site. Baby equipment rental company was referred as well. We opted not to rent and would make do with hotel equipment instead. Upon arrival we were informed that there's only 1 pack and play on site and it was in use. Pull out couch is in absolutely terrible condition. Mattress isn't suitable for a comfortable sleep. Would have booked elsewhere had we known this hotel was unable to accommodate our party of 6 comfortably. Everyone had to share a bed. Water was shut off 3rd afternoon without any notice or warning while our shower was in use. I did let front desk know of issues upon check out. She didn’t seem surprised, concerned or apologetic.

A charming, Key West style hotel. Great location to all the shops and bars and restaurants. We went in August when it was extremely hot so it was quiet. Despite how hot it was, the pool was kept cool and was very refreshing! The staff was amazing as well, welcoming and went above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable! Loved it!!

Check in was easy, they even give you a complimentary drink specifically made for the hotel. It was pretty good, I think it was a shandy but I don't remember the name. The salt water pool was great to relax in during the hot summer days of the Keys.

The hotel itself is a wonderful property. The pool is excellent, it is very close to Duval street, and the hospitality was wonderful. But, let me tell you - Their billing and customer service are by far the worst I have ever worked with. Working with **********, My stay was supposed to be in the ballpark of 300.00/day, after all of the applicable taxes and resort fees. ********** billed me for a "deposit" of 300.00 about a month before my arrival. Upon arriving at the hotel, They immediately deducted me for 900.00 for the difference of 600.00 plus a "security deposit". A day or so later, I was immediately hit with an additional 900.00 charge that they will not release. I have spoken with the hotel, IHG corporate, a "manager" with the property, and **********. At this point, it is like seeing a spider-man meme; everyone is pointing fingers at each other and sending me through beauocracy while I am stranded in Key West, hoping to get home and check my bags because I have 1600.00 outstanding on my card that No One is capable of explaining to me. This is an amazing property, but their lack of any ability to resolve a situation makes it impossible for me to ever want to associate myself with an IHG hotel ever again. If you want your vacation ruined, this is a great place to stay. If you are looking to have the amazing time you deserve in paradise, I would recommend going elsewhere
