Dream of heaven? Come here. Amazing hotel with amazing staff. View, swimming pool, even customised cosmetics in the bathroom of the room. Thanks for this unique experience. Great place to stay! I'm sure I'll be back

房間的色調非常美，窗外隔一條路就是大海，景色很美，晚上也並不吵。有一個小客廳（帶沙發床）和廚房，廚房用品齊全，很實用。有免費的停車位，離超市也很近。打車去熱門的景點（海明威故居之類的）也就十幾美金。唯一晚上的被子很薄，類似於一張毯子，有點冷，需要問酒店要額外的被子。但總的來説很滿意，下次應該還會來。

酒店位置/設施/服務都很滿意，自帶泳池，房間佈局合理，廳房分隔在廚房兩側，還有海景；廚房設備和用品上檔次又好用，一應俱全，我們待了兩晚，非常難忘，包括離開的早上keywest的區域大停電，謝謝後續Alberto的溝通協助。

停車方便，酒店可以幫忙和合作的公司租自行車和Scooter，和前台説完需求後一會就送來了。

This hotel is running an ongoing criminal fraud. Booked the hotel and upon arrival price doubled. No available hotels nearby for less than 500 a night so we could sleep on the beachnor accept. There was several other people who were in the lobby VERY upset about the exact same fraud. There will no doubt be a criminal investigation into this hotel in the near future, im seeing to that. The facility was nice and the location was great. The staff doing aervice was kind and polite, the front desk was rude and tried to act like they didnt understand english, after i had a previous conversation with this person earlier in the day. Hopefully this place gets held accountable, and soon.

I was expecting a much better place for $500 per night. The internet photos made one think you will be right on the beach. Far from it. The balcony is back through the bedroom and you look over Roosevelt Blvd, probably the busiest and noisiest road in Key West, out to the Gulf.
It is several miles from old town so Uber is the best mode to get around.
Top it off they charged us an extra $9 per day for internet access. That's cheap in my view.

Really nice view, ample parking with nice wide spaces, Loved having a kitchenette & all cleaning supplies. It could use some small spoons, though! The bathroom was well-stocked with attractive tile and plenty of counter space. It took us a while to figure out how to work the shower control, so perhaps a note explaining it would be helpful. Very nice staff!

If you don't mind being a few miles from the Old Town area, this is an excellent hotel. The suite was totally up to date and very clean. Bedding was great with plush towels. Self parking was easy and safe. I would definitely stay there again.
