Lo elegimos porque, en la zona, era uno de los más económicos, nos llevamos una gran sorpresas... supero ampliamente nuestras expectativas, el lugar es hermoso, bien ubicado, cerca de todo, las instalaciones estan muy bien mantenidas, la zona de pileta es maravillosa con mucho verde y espacio para descansar, comer y disfrutar. El desayuno es muy completo y el personal es super amable.- Lo voleria a elegir!

Great staff / exceptionally polite and friendly / top notch room cleaning - very thorough every day / surprisingly large room w/ frig, microwave, popcorn, in room pool towels and 2 sinks for getting ready, will definitely stay here again.Highly recommended

In order of importance to me: Room was very clean and I felt safe there with my daughter. Room was very quiet. I was unsure of reserving a room near a pool but when I shut the door I heard nothing. Breakfast included a lot of options. The eggs were very good. The coffee was great. I don’t know who does the hiring and training but the front desk staff is top notch. Housekeeping is wonderful. Bed was comfortable. The location was perfect. Near southernmost point and Duval. It is a very nice looking property. Decor was pretty. Shower pressure was great. There was a fan in the bathroom.

Fantastic rooms, staff, pool, and great location! Rooms are very spacious. The house keeping was so attentive. Breakfast staff was great and food was just what you needed to start your day with plenty of options. Pool amazing and so clean. Front desk staff went above and beyond. Will and Angie are what customer service is all about. Only place we stay in Key West and can't wait to be back!

We stayed from 10/01-10/05. I have nothing negative to say! The pool was cleaned every morning, the grounds were clean and they even mopped the outside walkways!! The room was cleaned daily and they do an exceptional job!! I was impressed by how clean the room was!! Breakfast had a nice variety and changed daily so you're not eating the same thing every day. Walking distance to everything! We will stay here again when we return to Key West!

Our second visit to Key West and again we choose to stay at this Best Western. Once again we had a very nice stay at a reasonable price. Our room was spacious and very clean, room service was excellent. The pool was spotless and very relaxing. We really enjoyed the breakfast each morning, the staff made sure everything was clean and all of the food was hot and fresh. Just a fantastic Hotel that is consistent. Looking forward to coming again next year.

Good hotel for the money. Location close to the trolley if you take that. Though trolley route takes forever. Take an Uber. Breakfast is good. Pool is always in the sun and hear with little to no shade so bring sunblock. And the humidity allows nothing to dry, so pack extra. Staff not very helpful for house keeping. Asked for supplies and was told to go to front desk. Instacart does deliver here. Not far from butterfly conservatory. Not too far from southern most point. Rooms are adequate.

In a quiet part of town. It is walking distance to South Beach and Southernmost Point. Hotel had great breakfast options. Clean, comfy and large room. Easy free parking. No Resort Fee! Front desk Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. One mile walk down Duvall Street to Mallory Square. Taxi was $3.50 per person.

My wife and I spent 3 nights at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. It is a smaller hotel which made the stay seem more personal. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are a little outdated but very clean. The free WIFI service worked well. The pool was well maintained and enjoyable to use. I would plan my stay at this hotel on my next visit.
