I stayed here last Dec 2021 and on my way to assist with a fire as a volunteer with the Red Cross. I booked this hotel via Priceline. When I went to check out of Priceline the screen told me ”the room rate was no longer available” so I went back into the Priceline portal (within the same session) and booked the next available room option at this hotel. On arrival, front desk person, Tina insisted I double booked. I explained the problem and she was ”very quick” to wipe her hands of the problem saying ”if I had of booked the hotel through them she could have done something otherwise take it up with Priceline.” It just doesn't make sense a single traveler would book two rooms! She insisted the only person that could decide if I warranted a refund was Manager, Abigail Murray. When you call for Abigail she is never there nor does she respond to emails! I'm told she's only there two days a week. In the end, Priceline said they couldn’t refund the money owed to me until Baymont authorized the reversal and they claim Baymont refused to credit me back. In my mind, I’ve been double charged and Wyndham/Baymont has STOLEN my money and has been paid twice for services never received. I’ve NEVER received such awful customer service from a Manager of a hotel and someone who has gone out of her way to ignore my reasonable requests and concerns! Simply put, this hotel does NOT deserve your or my business! Please don’t reward them by booking your hotel needs at this location.

This hotel is AMZING! The whole place feels like like an apar**ent! We rented a double room sweet and it had an oven a 4 burner range, a dishwasher two bathrooms and a tv in each room. I love this hotel so much! I would defiantly recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in luxury. Well worth the money

We stayed here on a planned trip home. We stayed using our Holiday Inn Rewards. As usual, we were given a less desirable room. The room was on the 2nd floor and the window overlooked a walled-off rooftop that contained A/C units. There was no view at all. The lamp next to the couch didn't turn on. I finally figured out that it was unplugged and pulled out the couch to access the outlet. And when we went to use the refrigerator, it was warm and not working. We were very disappointed in the room and it was by far the worst HIE we stayed at on this trip. We stayed at 7 properties total. The property is under remodel, but we were told that the rooms were all completed. The bathroom was modern, and the pillows were perfect. The breakfast did include a Belgium waffle maker which is rare at any HIE anymore. So, I did enjoy that. And the girl at the front desk was super friendly. The final observation we made was that the pictures shown of the hotel do not show the spiked fence that surrounds the property. They have padlocked the 2 pedestrian gate entries off of the sidewalk along with one of the car entries. There is only one way to get into the property. It made us wonder about the safety of the area. Also, there is no crosswalk to get across to the other side of a 4-lane highway which is where most of the entertainment and restaurants are. You need to walk a block in either direction to access a light to safely cross.

El hotel está situado justo a la carretera en una zona industrial con otros hoteles situados alrededor de ella. La zona alrededor del hotel cuenta con muchos restaurantes de comida rápida y algunos se sienten asentados. Pero con eso dijo que tuvimos una agradable estancia. El hotel era limpio y el personal era amigable. El control en proceso fue rápido y fácil. El hotel está muy bien situado, y el hotel está muy bien situado, y el hotel está muy bien situado. Nos quedaríamos aquí otra vez.

¡Tenemos una mala primera impresión cuando el personal del escritorio delantero no llevaba máscaras, a pesar de la señal clara de que las máscaras son necesarias! El hotel está en una zona de 2 estrellas, y el hotel está en una zona de 2 estrellas. El baño estaba bien iluminado, con mucho espacio, pero el ventilador era ruido. La ducha era buena. La cama estaba cómoda. Fuimos al Black Angus para una cena excelente. Esta es una zona con muchos hoteles y algunos ruidos de tráfico. El desayuno era bastante bueno, con calientes procesadas, un fabricante de waffles y huevos duro cocidos.
